I support Pioli's act, which is very "Dale Carnegie". It's not hurt to praise your players. And we are in the progress of improving the team after Mirabelli era.

Praise them if and when they deserve ,but to tuck them into false ,undeserved praises... that's not good.

Also ,we should not care what our competition doing or not doing. That we can not change. We should care about ways in which we can improve. That we can change. If they're sinking into deep ,we should not follow or to be satisfied with our current mediocracy. We must strive up.
