He is still very professional and hard working, but I am confident he will not push Milan to CL trophy heights.
We need to focus on younger players.
You know, right now, our midfield roster is the following:
Gattuso/Flamini, Ambrosini/Van Bommel, Pirlo, Seedorf, Boateng, Merkel, Emmanuelson
We can add Strasser even if since his injury, he hasn't played one single minute.
By coming, Kaka' wouldn't be a sure starter but IMO, a direct replacement for a player like Seedorf for example (of course, he would need to make some big efforts, but if he wants to come back in our team, it's what he'll have to do, and anyway, he can't be worse than Seedorf nowadays).
I expect one of the "oldies" to leave (Gattuso, Ambro or Pirlo), I would personnally choose Gattuso who runs a lot but not with the ball, he's often late when trying to stop an opponent, forcing him to run on the other opponent, etc ... That will let one place for another midfielder, a younger one, and potentially, a more attacking one as Boateng can play as an AM and CM (he proved it in Milan).
So except Gattuso and Seedorf, I would keep the others one more year, which would allow us to make another slow transition toward a new midfield.
One should not speak ill of the dead.
So stop laughing at Juventus !
