He also said no Robben or Balo.

He might not a likeable guy (judging from his comments though, not that I know him personally) but transfer-wise, he's a good man to have on your corner. Let's hope his combo with Galliani work again this mercato.

his quote was interesting as he suggested we won't be getting Ganso, Lamela or Ronaldo this summer.

We have been linked to Asamoah (a new name), Hamsik and Sandro a lot recently.

Asamoah who? Gyan or Kwadwo? or Gerald Asamoah? Sagrin
MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!
MILAN! MILAN! SEMPRE PER TE!
Galliani: "Boateng will be our first choice attacking midfielder next season."

I know it's early in the summer market, but if that's how it is when next season starts I'll be a bit worried. He's ok, but not THAT good.

I'm OK with him as an ACM as no true ACM in the world really impresses me, but we need to find a class CM who can pass the ball.

Well, maybe I'm too obsessed over his dance and still in party mode Big Grin
Hamsik and Sandro according to football-italia.net
So we are back to not knowing who Milan will sign, just like the good old days.
Honda, Hernanes and Sandro, along with Lucas and Milan got themselves a new midfield along with Boateng, Urby, Merkel, and MVB
I hope this summer we make some good choices and keep going refreshing our team with younger ages under 30.
I really hope next year to have a competitive team in CL cuz i really miss our great nigts in past years. The thing is that as many money's will or not will Berlu splash in the Market damn we can't compete that Mars-Team Barcelona. Sad Cuz i want us again #1!
One day we will rise again...
I too think we need a true ACM. Boateng played ACM for Ghana in 2010 World Cup and did a great Job. He was all over the field. I think he would be a good ACM if we had a very solid CDM (Van Bommel) along with 2 versatile LCM/RCM such as Hernanes & Honda. This way creativity can come from different places. Keep in mind Ibrahimovic & Robinho & Cassano are also extremely creative Second Strikers's who will play behind Pato, the first choice Penalty Box Striker.

Despite having said all of this, I would still rather see a true ACM, and there are only a handful of those in the World Today considered World Class. Secondly, let's not put too much worth into what Galliani "says"... and more into what he does. It's usually the opposite Smile

The important thing is that the market ends well, even though it can be a bit frustrating to wait until the last day... Smile
The only way I am gonna accept Marek Hamsik in AC Milan's ACM is if he is ready to cut his pathetic looking hair and gets a decent and normal hair style. Otherwise stay at Napoli!
Argentina will win the World CupĀ 2022
