I am not going to take any side, and will only say that this is tragic. I can only imagine Theo under Allegri would have killed it. Mind you, despite Allegri's public maniac image, he is very protective of his players and players all seem to appreciate him, so it wouldn't be an unreasonable speculation that Theo could find his old form (and work ethic).

I really wonder what happened between Theo and Furlani. If only we hired Allegri (instead of Conceicao) last January, then maybe there would be a chance that things may have worked out in a favorable way.
