No.He is not.Theres rumours reports and nothing official.He himself isnt worth enough to make any change , talk is he'll be part of a group of investors.No one knows who these investors are.He has also been accused of dodgy activity in the past.
He's the new flavour of the month.I think its the first time fininvest didnt deny the a % of the club could be sold.
The rumours are it will be €250m.But that wont change much as he's paying Berlusconi for the 30%.The money wont be reinvested into Milan.Most likely if theyre serious about a Stadium the €30m that Milan are to put up will come from that.The loss's will also prob covered from this.

It's been discussed on the venting thread of late, but Jay summarised it well. That said, this is the news with most traction so far when it comes to new investors in the club.
Let's wait and see what happens, rumours are Barbara and Galliani are against getting Bee involved, while people from Finnivest and Silvio are due to meet him. Other rumours also say that there are 3 months to prove the investment can be made before anything is official.

500 million for a minority always had a bit of fantasy aspect to it, it might still happen but even if it happens it won't work in the long term.

Silvio's still saying he's convinced of the deal happening. He's outright said the economic problems in China meant one of Bee's backers pulled out which is the cause of the issues.
Of course, take Silvio's words with a grain of salt.

Most likely grain of salt thing. Chinese teams were expanding and buying players over their value as recently as last month.
And also, imagine the deal was completed and something happens and someone backs off after it's done. We would be in huge trouble. If Bee's deal depends on relative short term issues in the market then we better hope it never happens.

It reminds me on situtation where bunch of teens are trying to buy some beer and they empty their pockets in hope that they are going to collect amount of money they need. At the end they include a local "camping in front of the store" alcoholic guy into "deal" because they were short 1-2 $ . If that is case here i also agree that is better for us to fail.
