We will be better even with Elliott, so I don't worry much about the takeover.

RE: Summer Mercato 2022 - Reso - 04-30-2022

Seems like I the only one here who would prefer B. Silva over Mahrez. Don't get me wrong. Mahrez is a great player. But I think he has weaker physical and he's old. Silva is 27. I would prefer silva

B. Silva is expensive and required a big wage, getting him is quite an overreach even with the new owner. I think almost everyone will prefer B. Silva, abilities-and-age-wise.

Botman is likely to come.

Romagnoli is likely to stay, as Lazio offer him less than Milan, new owner, his agent...

Maybe playing Kalulu as DM, a replacement for Kessi is an idea. He is physically capable and his football brain is very good.

Just a hypothesis based on a not-yet-happened situation. Big Grin

Our chance of getting him is clearer. At 31 age, he still has about 3 years left, to provide upgrades in class then be a great sub if we continue to develop.

To defend his choice: the man is a true scorer and it was his instinct to score instead of looking for a pass.
- 38 goals in 112 matches for Man City in 4 seasons
- This season: 11 goals in 25 matches (EPL, only 13 starts), 6 goals in 11 matches (CL, 10 starts) -> much better than Giroud
- Pep failed to sign a forward and used his only forward, Jesus, in a wrong way -> it is natural for Mahrez to have a scorer mind if he has a chance, why fucking yell at him?
- He is the team top scorer in EPL and CL
- In the situation, he tricked Courtois to the wrong direction, the ball could get into the net if it was more accurate (he used too much power when the GK is already gone to the other side)
- Many chances were wasted but only him was critized?

Let's haggle for 30M Big Grin

I would rather use that money to try and get Raphinha or Antony over  a 2-3 year fix.

One hypothesis is Zlatan Ibrahimovic could take over Raiola's agency. -Poala Ferrari

I think Raiola had a brother or something who would take over. If Zlatan is involved maybe he can point his Scandinavian brother (Haaland) to us  Icon_lol2

They are young, good form and have no problem with their club so the price is high, IMO.

And we need someone with experience at the top level, as our wingers are now inexperienced, even the old guy Messias.

If Leao finishes the season out in this form, he is a 6mil per season player easily. Fix the stamina and decision making in the final third and he is a balon d’or contender.
