Tonali's word without proof is also nothing. It's even easier to discredit than "regular" witness.
About text, well that would do the job, but as I said, I doubt anyone from board or management is that stupid. If they talked with him about it they did it face to face.

this is exactly what Juventus did when and why they were punished last year.

Is it still true that he only bet for his own team to win though? Not to defend him, but now that would be another reason why he had always put in 100% every game.
By the way, I think I read that Juventus will continue to pay Fagioli and allow him to train daily with the team; but Newcastle will suspend Tonali's pay.

Well, I think no. He allegedly had (failed) bet that Milan will not qualify for CL.

Not surprising about his gambling in Newcastle. The whole thing with FIGS didn't happen until the season was well under way. So yea, he probably continued his habits from Italy when he was in England. No reason to think otherwise. NOW, if it's found out that he gambled even after the investigation took place....well then yea.....
