The daring 2-1 of yesterday against Genoa did not save Marco Giampaolo and the evaluations on the future of the bench continue at Milan . A final decision has not yet been made but there are confirmations that the company is continuing to reflect accurately despite the 3 points won last night in Marassi.
It is a phase in which everything is possible, in which the evaluations continue at 360 degrees and the fate of Giampaolo on the Rossoneri bench has never been so at risk as now.
MN: Giampaolo is in danger .. Beating Genoa may not be enough to save the coach and his position under discussion, even Elliott managers who follow Milan are not satisfied with what they saw from the coach during the last period, the final decision may be made in the next 24-36 hours

Despite the 2-1 win at Genoa last night, there are increasing reports Milan will fire Coach Marco Giampaolo.
He had been considered at risk unless he won at Marassi, emerging with a 2-1 result thanks to Theo Hernandez and a Franck Kessie penalty.
However, multiple sources including Sky Sport Italia and news agency Ansa claim the unconvincing performance was not enough to save his job.
Director Zvonimir Boban is particularly harsh on Giampaolo, while Paolo Maldini had been in favour of patience with the ex-Sampdoria boss.
His initial choices against Genoa, dropping Rafael Leao, Lucas Paqueta and Ismael Bennacer, raised eyebrows, especially as it was only after Leao and Paqueta came off the bench that Milan started to create chances.
Options to replace Giampaolo include Stefano Pioli, Claudio Ranieri, Luciano Spalletti and Arsene Wenger.

Giampaolo may be a genius tactician, but he has to be able to deliver results in this modern world of football with so much money and so much pressure involved.
He is really stubborn. I don't like that, but I can sort of understand. I think he probably is extremely good at one formation 4-3-1-2, so in a sense, it is not all his fault. But then he shows he can't adapt, or at least he can't effectively adapt.
I think the pressure gets to him. He is scared. You don't see the determination from his eyes. I know that we are probably not supposed to judge a person that way, but when your team is losing and players look to the sideline and see their coach just as dejected as they were, it is not good for the team morale.
Giampaolo also makes some minor change every game, which looks like he is still testing formations, ideas or players, or he just gives in to outer pressure. Either way, that doesn't shed good light on him. But I am still looking for justifications why he sticks to Suso and Calhanoglu, as well as a few others. Maybe soon, he will stop starting them every game.
At the end of the day, you have to win. All he has got so far was either loss or unconvinced win. Not good.
