I don't think it's either or, we can do both. It's about getting the right players for each role. Sometimes a marquee signing with a big name can be the right choice, if we could afford it.

Maldini transfers did fairly good for us but we did end up with average to shit players i.e Saelaemaekers, Baka, FDT, Diaz, Messias, Pellegri, Meite which didn't solve any of our issues. We undoubtedly need statement signings for atleast 3 position, RW, CAM, CM

Ante Rebic has had a very tough season so far, filled with injuries and poor performances. And the bad news keeps on coming as his teammates are disappointed with his attitude in training.

At half-time of Inter-Milan, he complained about a knee injury and was subsequently not subbed on. The tests the day after, however, revealed absolutely no issues and that was the first alarm bell.

According to Tuttosport it doesn’t end there as Rebic’s teammates have accused him of poor attitude in training. They believe that the No.12 isn’t fully focused on the big goal, which is winning the Scudetto this season.

Selling Rebic and replacing him with Hamed Traore would be perfect

RE: Summer Mercato 2022 - Aficio - 04-23-2022

For next season, replacing Rebic is easy.

For now, if playing with the right mind, Rebic is our best CF. We could score against Liverpool, A. Madrid, Porto and Juve, Lazio thanks to him. He surely can help the team win the Scudetto.

So, we need to find a solution to get the best out of him now.

The main problem is keeping him fit. When fit and ready he's decent. But it's been a while since that happened...

I’d love to get rid of these injury prone guys, but should we sell when Rebic is likely at his lowest price and add another need to our transfer needs? Already we need two CM (probably Adli and Pobega), CF (Ibra leaving, Lazetic is too raw, Origi not enough as Giroud is old), CAM, RW, LB (FBT appears likely out) and a CB. That is five players and two HAVE to be starting level talent (CAM and RW) and will cost a ton. This is already a huge mercato.

Also, I’m not buying all these articles on Rebic. Just sounds like bogus hit pieces. To be really honest, I’m pretty sure with all these refs mistakes, this season is stacked for inter. I mean if they fail to win Scudetto, they will have another very difficult market full of sales with few purchases. That will be terrible for the league. Just add these articles to that list to throw us off at the end.

@AntoVitiello:
Milan will have a meeting with the agent of BalloToure the player will leave the club this summer.

RE: Summer Mercato 2022 - Beppe - 04-24-2022

I like Rebic but he is injured so many times. It all depends on the money we could get for him. I wouldnt sell him for less than 15m.
BTW I think we have already secured his replacement in Origi, he can also play as left winger and striker.
Woulndt be surprised if we sell rebic in the summer.
But with many, many games coming up maybe we can have both…

RE: Summer Mercato 2022 - Arildonardo - 04-25-2022

Jurgen Klopp: "We will miss Divock Origi - if he leaves, he will explode wherever he goes. He is a world-class striker, he is a legend and will stay a legend forever."

Origi will leave Liverpool in June. AC Milan are leading the race to sign him as free agent.
