It's not that his dick has gone crazy nor it's Priapism or something related to that...
It's an injury which is concerned with Pelvic girdle(more precisely with Pubic symphysis where the two halves of pelvic girdle fuses ventrally with the help of fibrous cartliage), which articulates Lower limbs of human being with the axial skeleton. I don't know where does Salemakers had issue, must have elaborated more but I think it should be counted as groin injury to be precise. Let's see..
But don't confuse it with PID(Pelvic inflammatory disease) which are sexually transmitted

Leao's injury sucks. He really seemed like he was just getting in form. 1v1, he was unplayable the last couple games. Hopefully he gets back to it quickly.
