The deadline for the closing of the transfer of 48% of Milan by Fininvest the consortium of investors led by Bee Taechaubol was set at 30 November. But the broker Thailand, from time looking for partners to put together the 480 million needed to enter the capital of the Rossoneri, evidently he failed to find the necessary funding and, at this point, the operation seems destined to end with a stalemate. Unless Mr. Bee does not succeed at the last minute to raise the capital claimed by Silvio Berlusconi for 48% of Milan.

According to the website of Milano Finanza, at the difficulties of Mr. Bee in raising the necessary capital to close the transaction by November 30, the broker and the Thai-owned holding company of Milan they would have agreed to take more time, moving the deadline to end of December. This, however, would result in the disappearance of the exclusive in-chief to Taechaubol, allowing Fininvest to restore its relationship with other stakeholders to invest in Milan, at one point Madison based in the US, whose offer last spring had been not considered appropriate from an economic standpoint, given the 480 million promised by Mr. Bee.

In accordance learned in financial circles, Mr. Bee, that the initial stage of talks with Berlusconi could count on the support of two financial institutions such as ADS Securities, based in Abu Dhabi, and Citic, the Chinese banking giant, already in football through the Beijing Guoan Football Club. Just the Chinese, who at first seemed to be the hottest on the front of AC Milan, would have cooled their interest in recent weeks, putting pressure on Mr Bee.

Complicating the deal we had started the investigation into the Milan prosecutor's office of Tax & Finance, the Swiss trust which had turned Taechaubol to set the input of its members in the capital of Milan. Stopping the partner of Tax & Finance, Andrea Baroni, who have not formed part of the consultants of the Thai broker, he had advised Mr Bee to change running your own advisors. A turnaround that does not seem to be enough to Taechaubol to convince their potential partners to bring to the table the figure sought by Berlusconi to give up 48% of AC Milan.

this was already written off by milannews.. There's so much speculation about what's really happening, I think it'll still go through.

Yip an investigation into it

I wouldn't be surprised if Berlusconi is laundering his own money. Nothing is a straight line with this management.

Chinese Bank CITIC, named as a MrBee partner for Milan, has invested in Manchester City, being part of consortium buying 13% for 400 million

Its actually Man City Holdings not just Man City

Wait so Mr Bee went ahead and bought some Man City Holdings while there is an ongoing transaction for the Milan deal?

Two new? Clearly there is a struggle to find the money and/or some have withdrawn their initial interest pushing Mr.Bee in other directions.

Either way not a good sign imo

To be honest, I don't think the media knows much. They change the story around every day. Just two days ago, the deal was dead. Now it's new investors. How do they know if they are new or not? They never knew the initial investors to begin with. Also, they reported that CITIC invested in Man City...now it turns out that was a different company and not the CITIC that we are apparently involved in. Nor sure if it's one holding company that owns both branches, but from what the report says it's entirely different.

Whatever the case, if the sale is completed I'll be happy. Surely some of that 480mil will be used to keep improving the squad and I'm sure some of it will go into the infrastructure of the club as a whole. Also, nobody will invest 480mil into anything, without a plan to keep growing the brand and potentially get a return on their investment at some point in the future. Either way, it'll be good news for us.
