RE: Summer mercato 2012 - Jay Crisp - 03-26-2012 Milanello twitter says Milan are close to signing Nancy midfielder and Mali international 27 year old Bakaye Traoré. Don't know much about him , well what I do know is he has played 57 times for Nancy signed for them in 2009 and his contract is up on June 10th...so he fits the Milan requirements a pro footballer that will be free ...what a shocker that is...just a rumour but all rumours involve free average -bad players except Monty.. In better news Milan interested in Valencia LB Jordi Alba who is free in June unless he resigns...good rumour. But so are Barca who want him to replace Abidal , he started in Barca's La Masia academy before going to Valencia and Barca want him back , only 23 good player Spanish International...capped a few times. Last year our only challenger for the title was a crap poor Inter. Last season Napoli wasn't as strong, and Juve weren't nearly as strong. Still last season we lost to Juve, Roma, and Palermo. RE: Summer mercato 2012 - Gabriel426 - 03-26-2012 Carlo got tons of exp in CL and even in Serie A, finishing second a few times, before coming to Milan. While Allegri has only been managing small clubs. RE: Summer mercato 2012 - Aficio - 03-26-2012 I think his experience with small clubs helped us a lot in transfer moves and gaining overall result. Since he came, we have signed players more effectively, despite remaining cheap And his way to get the best out of normal players is very good, if not the best of all big team managers.Of course, it is hard to win CL with this approaching, but we have current standing in the league thank to it. His experience with small teams is something Carlo and Leo couldn't possess
RE: Summer mercato 2012 - Gabriel426 - 03-26-2012 Carlo did managed Parma, and they ain't a big club. Honestly, although I like Allegri's way of making players run and run, but he must understand that his players usually play twice a week instead of once a week like his old clubs. RE: Summer mercato 2012 - sylrus - 03-26-2012 parma at that time is a very good team and their reputation isnt ruin like now if im correct they got crespo at the time you cant compare parma at that time with cagliari that allegri manage RE: Summer mercato 2012 - mihan - 03-27-2012 Just came across the info, that could have been discussed, that Udinese has a reserve team in Granada, and Granada has a reserve team in Cadiz! Barca plays B team in adult league, Real will build a resort in Dubai. Milan is never short of legendary players who can expand the brand worldwide. Why can't we purchase a dozen football clubs globally and let youngsters play in different leagues, coaching them with Maldinis, so that young talents will have an express channel to get influence from our legacy and chance to promote to one of world best teams? Some solid players do not shine even before 25, we can't keep them in Primavera till then, nor it's good to loan them to clubs to whom they are alien property. It's true Barca has huge debts, but what if they sell or morgage their B teams? What if Real has no overseas property and those ambiguous money injection? They were in better position than Cagliari in Serie A. Barca plays B team in adult league, Real will build a resort in Dubai. The simple answer to that is money and arrogance. Berlu lacks the mentality of moving forward as he constantly believe that his ways of running the clubs is the best way due to all the Championshops. True but that was then and this is now. Another huge problem is money. Running a so call B team off shore costs a lot of money while the return could be nothing. I would not do that even if I am Berlu. What I would push is to up the age of Primavera to U23, that way players will have more time to develop both on and off the pitch. IF they are good enough, then promote them to first team. RE: Summer mercato 2012 - BINHO - 03-27-2012 PIPPO, MAXI, PATO, FLAMINI, SEEDORF, ZAMBROTTA, MESBAH, YEPES, OUT KEEP MERKEL&STRASSER TEVEZ, HERNANES, ASTORI, M'VILA/FERNANDO, NAINGGOLAN, DIDAC VILA IN RE: Summer mercato 2012 - abbeyleemania - 03-27-2012 i'd keep Flamini at lower wages and let Ambrosini and Van Bommel go instead. Didac Vila is not Milan class, still not enough for Milan. We need a solid Left Fb there. Hernanes and an anchor with great quality is must for us if we want success in CL. Hernanes is a leader, a player who makes players better around him. His passing, creative game and 2 way game will take our midfield to next level. Tevez is agressive, track backs and handworking. This is why he can co-exist with ibra in big games. This is why i want him so bad. i want at least Fucile or Criscito for FB. or i even accept Pasqual than Vila. Everyone speaks of a CAM but Milan needs Hernanes for LCM for more than anyone else. Dont forget that Milan won a CL with Kaladze and Simic on FB's. Milan won another CL with Jankulovski and Oddo on FB's. |
