Nocerino is a good transfer, but I still think we needed someone with more creativity.

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ACMILAN1983 - 08-31-2011

Welcome to Nocerino, another of these Italians in their mid-20s that has yet to really reach his potential. I'm pleased with his signing, as he will be a good alternative to Rino while Flamini's out.

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Gio-mania - 08-31-2011

Nocerino is not a top player but a good last minute move to cover for Flamini's injury and maybe a long term replacement for Gattuso.

Our mercato hasn't been great but definitely not bad. This is especially true if compared with other Italian teams. Juve who supposedly had 100mln to spend haven't gotten a single top player. Inter sold Eto'o, their best player, and replaced him Forlan and Zarate. Good players but nowhere near his level. Then they have gotten some youngsters but not one player who makes me think "oh, I would've wanted him". Compared to the rest of the world though, things don't look great. For the scudetto we are still in pole position but in Europe our chances aren't much better than they were last year. Of course apart from Allegri's experience, team moulding and some players not being cup-tied.

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Vulli - 08-31-2011

As reported by Sportitalia Lassana Diarra has rejected Milan at 17:00 this afternoon.
The Rossoneri had already found an agreement with Real Madrid, but the Frenchman has preferred to stay at Madrid
At that time Milan have called Alessandro Moggi and has closed Antonio Nocerino deal

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Warro Bantan - 08-31-2011

Another reason I think management havent dug deep into their pockets, (aside from the huge fine facing Finivest)is that until we face Barca/Madrid w/ a full strength team, we wont really know where we really stand, and as such, the level of investment we truly need.

It's easy for us to say we need reinforcements here, or this player....but Allegri is the one who truly knows, and we got Nocerino, who is a good aquisition imo.

Bring on Lazio and Barca!!

FORZA MIIIIILAN!

Roma is not a major concern to me, at least not this season. Bojan and Lamela are good young players that can become stars in the future, but they need seasoning to get use to Serie A. Pjanic, on the other hand, has bust written all over him. This guy was supposed to be some major young star in the making in France a couple of years ago but wasn't even a starter for Lyon. I don't think he will really make that much of an impact at all.

he is not starter becouse Lyon is sing Gourcuff and gourcuf is France nationality, Pjanic is Bosnian, and that was a problem, did you wached him against Real Madrid 2 years ago and how he was playing when he was starter Wink

From the linked article about Palermo and the sale of Nocerino to us:

"They also sold Italy midfielder Antonio Nocerino to Milan, reportedly for just €0.5m plus youngster Ricardo Ferreira."

€0.5m? Must be a good deal. + Ferreira that is... Sagrin
