Milan has raised their contract offer for Romagnoli to 3.2M per season overtaking Lazio's 3M per season offer. (CdS)
It probably looks like Botman deal is deemed too expensive for us.

I would feel A LOT better with management when all three are renewed but specifically Leao. Unfortunately, we have heard this for months now and I’m becoming pessimistic.

I don't think even mgmt expected Kalulu to step up the way he did either. Maybe that's a large part, plus Romagnoli is a very solid back up. I don't think Botman will take that role.
TBH Kaulu has looked even better than Tomori lately. It's seriously no joke how good the kid is playing. None of the defenders we have at CB nor Botman should be benching him the way he's going.

Kalulu form has been stunning.
I guess thing's depend on if they intend to keep Kalulu as CB or move him to RB. The issue if he goes back as RB is we will bench him for Calabria.
Overall a CB list of Tomori, Kalulu, Kjaer,Romagnoli and Gabbia/other CB isn't so bad as long as Kjaer comes back in good form.

Fabiano Parisi of Empoli, who has made 20 appearances across the league and cup this season and at 21 years of age represents a profile who can grow and learn from Theo.
Parisi came off the bench for Italys U-21. Colombo started.

agreed. and Calabria/Florenzi is a good pair for RB.
Just need a backup to compliment Theo.
Then use the 30m on a RW/ST instead

I saw yesterday that we're linked at Asensio again but don't think it's likely.
Do you think with Sweden going out of the WC qualifying will impact Ibrahimovic staying or not ?

I'd rather not get Asensio... better than what we have but is it better enough?
as much as I like Ibra... hoping the guy retires and stays on with the coaching team.
