RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Jay Crisp - 06-10-2015 Kondogbia for €35m is fine. Its what Monaco its what theyll get , if we dont pay it another team will.In todays market you have to pay if you want a player. Gundogan & Verratti no chance.Gundogan was massive wages UCL football and more Importantly he wants Bayern Real Barca or EPL top 4. Verratti will cost over €50m.Kondogbia is an excellent player and would boos our mid greatly. RE: Summer mercato 2015 - millinarios - 06-10-2015 Kondogbia ok I guess. Not sure if we need Jackson Martinez for that much money though. RE: Summer mercato 2015 - somedevil - 06-10-2015 They are saying that Menez and Rami might move to Monaco as a part of the Kondogbia deal. I hated Inter because of that approach... going there will kill Milan!

I think 35m is very high. Kondogbia is worth probably 25m tops, I don't see many teams willing to pay more, unless you're talking about PSG, Chelsea, Real, Barca, United or City and out of those, I can only feasibly see one of the Manchester sides even going for him, although I doubt they will. Of the clubs being linked to him, the likes of Arsenal or Liverpool, I don't see them going too high for him. Gundogan I don't think is totally unrealistic. Bayern seemed to have cooled on him a little and while I agree salary and CL football might play a big part, if the project is real and the club make the odd signing like Ibra or Hummels (a signing of clear intent), then he might be attracted. Bear in mind that he's also had a year of real struggles and injuries, so this might work in our favour. If Galliani is working for Hummels (the rumours are growing), I think he should also push for Gundogan. On Veratti I agree, I think the only hope there is he wants to return to Italy, otherwise there's little in our favour. Ace, I don't think we'll see as many changes as Milanista87's post has. Based on the rumours, if we get those linked most strongly, the likely level of changes we'll see are: ---------------Diego Lopez------------------ Abate------Hummels------??---------Antonelli ----------------Kondogbia------------------- -------Montolivo---------Bonaventura-------- -----------------Honda---------------------- -----------Ibra--------Martinez------------- I can see a strong young Italian coming in for CB (i.e. Romagnoli type player), as I think Berlusconi and Galliani will want to focus on getting Italians where possible. That said, even if they don't, that would be 4 Italians in the side with many coming from the bench (e.g. Abbiati, DES, SES, Poli, Paletta, Bonera etc...). However, note that in that side, 6 are players already from this season. You won't see a whole new team, at most I expect 4-5 new first team players (which in itself is a massive change anyway).

RE: Summer mercato 2015 - honsano - 06-10-2015 @Reza and Rami -- That sucks, I really like Rami. I think he treated poorly this entire season by not getting a chance. I mean Paletta, really? Alex, really? Mexes the choke-hold monster, really? I don't know what Inzaghi had against Rami. Playing him as a RB was just a cruel joke too. Anyway, I think this Ibra thing is a bad idea. If we are logical here, we weren't too far off from CL contention this year and we sucked. I mean we sucked hardcore as a team with no direction and poor players. If we just upgrade a little, we should easily be able to achieve CL football again fairly easily. Rather than throwing a ton of money down on Ibra with his high wages and old age (what he is 33 now right?), let's invest in the Midfield and Defense as planned. In attack Martinez will be good and we should try ELS alongside him. We don't need to redo the entire team to ultimately get CL. If the players left under-perform, then lets replace them the following season using the CL as bait. The reality is that in a poor squad, good players will under perform. It is tough to say that ELS and DCS are not worthy when they were injured mostly last season and lagged under coaches with no idea on how to coach.
