I didn't say they were better than us now. I said at least they've got a business plan and are following it. They've got a new owner, new proven Executives, new proven Manager, youth's playing Serie A and money for quality signings. What have we got in comparison? Free, inexperienced fodder (Executives/Manager/players).

I understand what Jokka is saying. Inter at this point has a lot of things going for them, despite their struggling in standings. And in more ways than one, I would say they are in better position than us.
Inter has several young players who looks to have a good future ahead of them; a strong youth team that has a history of producing quality young players; an experienced coach who had been on top of the mountain before; and an owner who is not afraid to inject cash into the operation. Sure, their owner isn't half the soccer mind Berlu and Galli are, but neither was Moratti. Inter had always really been one owner away from becoming a dominant force even since Moratti days, but that didn't stop them from winning five Serie A in a row and the CL.
Thohir has a lot to learn about being a good soccer mind and an owner, that's for sure. But he has the drive and the will to make sure his team succeeds. That's why he is willing to invest money for quality players like Hernanes and pay for two high paying coaches in Mazarri and Mancini at the same time. Of course he will make mistakes, as all new owners do, but he is willing to try. When Inter say they are going to sign quality players and nurture their young players to succeed, you can actually believe it could happen.
Milan, on the other hand, has two executives who knows everything there is to know about soccer. But what we don't have is really anything else. There is no willingness to invest even a dime into the team; young players are touted one day and ditched the next; coaches are selected because of their popularity with the fans instead of any merit. When Galliani say we have a plan to succeed, i think most reasonable fans are sitting there rolling their eyes thinking "Yeah, right!" When we talk about signing a new player, we all know he's gonna be free and old and useless; When we talk about a youngster who is going to take over, we know he is either going to get injured, underperform or sold to somewhere else. Nobody believes in Milan's plans, and for good reasons too.
If I were an Inter fan, I can look at Juan, Ranocchia, Handanovic, Icardi and Kovacic and think "man, two quality signings and this team can go places". I really cannot say the same thing about Milan, even though I am a Milan fan. I don't know if Thohir will succeed or not, but I must say, at this stage, Inter seems like they are in a better place than us.

Whats the master Inter business plan ? I don't know, but Id like to what it is ?.What have they outlined ,Id like to be informed.You see Im not comparing Inter to Milan or vice versa , you are.Im simply saying I see nothing truely good/great theyre doing, using some youth players buying players .Theres nothing special about it lots of teams do it , but if Im ill informed to Inters business plan that you like so much could you let me know , maybe some links too that would be great..You even say yourself they arent better now.
Seing how bad Milan are to say Inter aren't better well thats not good for them.

Then the so-called "drastic change" won't happen with any new buyer, and look no further than Parma to see what Milan may be, if anyone was counting on "drastic change".

Sky reports that we've offered 4m for Brozovic, Dinamo want 8m but its early on.He's an AM but has played as CM a bit deeper for Croatia that I saw.He is good 22 & would be a good move.
Also Doria remember him , Marseille signed him for 7m and want to sell for 7m but could accept 5m.

At least when Inter talk about "returning to the top" we see logical steps being followed. New owner, proven Execs, proven Manager, developing youth and spending money on signings. Compare that to the laughable statements Puppet Pippo made recently about "returning to glory days". How exactly? Are we in discussions with new investors? No. Are we changing Manager even though we have same objective as Inter and they fired Mazzarri for one point less? No. After spending nothing in 5 mercatos can we expect any big signings in January? No. What about integrating our talented youth? Well we sold the most promising one and the other's are rotting in Serie B. Face it we're a pathetic joke in comparison! Thohir may fall flat on his face, but at least he's going about his business in a logical, passionate manner and listening to fans. The Vucinic/Guarin swap, Mazzarri sacking were largely down to fan discontent. If Berlusconi made similar strides and we failed nobody would complain.
Also, unlike us, Inter aren't scared to pay top dollar for promising youngsters. They'd virtually signed Lucas Moura before PSG stepped in with a ridiculous offer. They signed Icardi, Kovacic and Dodo for 10m+. You know, the same fees we paid for Kaka, Pato because real talent costs money. Now Icardi/Kovacic are linked with big money moves to Spain/England. In comparison, we spent a couple mil on fodders like Gabriel, Vergara, Niang, Saponara who are footballing non-entities.
Finally, it's clear Inter's following a decentralised Management structure with proven experts in charge of Transfers, Finances, Marketing plus new CEO. They've hired several new Execs from Man Utd/Rangers and everybody's responsible for their own areas. They cost money, but no doubt their international expertise will help grow the business. If they fail, they'll be held accountable and fired.
Compare that to us where Galliani has several puppets (Maiorino, Gandini, Barbara) whilst he ultimately controls everything. Even our Manager is a puppet playing Berlusconi/Galliani's formations! Can you imagine Mancini taking orders from Thohir?! With this pathetic Management/players we deserve to be called Bbilan/Freelan/Milan Merda!
