Read another article, this one is about Honda.
It was a homework assignment he wrote when he was 7 yrs old, about "What do you want to do in the future?"
He basically said he wants to become the best footballer in the world, then get a chance to play in Serie A and wear #10, then once he is the best in the world, he will make a lot of money and he will use those money to get a nice house for his parents....then he will lead Japan to the World Cup Final against Brazil and he will score a goal and assist another to his brother and help Japan win 2:1.....But what attracted me the most about his homework assignment at a 7 yrs old is the fact that he actually wrote, to become the best footballer in the world I need to work hard and train hard. A 7 yrs old actually understood that, really hope this attitude will inspire guys like Mario, Cristante, SES, DES and others.

Looks like the same old story each mercato ... We offered Mexes to get Armero from Napoli, but Napoli refuses because he earns too much. Mexes also refused to go in Turkey and "prefers waiting for Monaco" (which could never happen).
These deadwood players will never leave until their contract ends or a lot of luck happens ...
PS : The same will happen with Rami if he officially becomes a Milan player, as well as with some other players !!

What youth policy?
Youth policy never existed. It was a lie to justify not spending money after selling Ibrahimovic and Silva.

This is 90% truth. Galliani just invented some stuff with Berlusconi to make people think we have some super project bla, bla...
For me Essien will alway be a great player, but obviousely I do not know what is his phisical conditiion. At least he can play as a fullback better then urby and constant.
I'd be VERY sorry is Cristante doesnt get his chances, he is such a big talent.
And yes, Galliani overpayed player and they refuse to go. Of course. It all his fault, paying huge wages to mediocre players. Horrible business.
If there's no money, sell Mexes, Constant, Noce, Matri, Urby, Muntari, Binho... And bring back Niang, and buy 2 young good players for 10mn and lets play like that. Doria and one modfielder, and lets play. Better then listening to Galliani's lying which is ridiculous now.

Back in 2008-2009, Milan released some sort of statement, or interview, stating that Milan Management believed through thorough research that a Footballer's maximum quality of play and physical maturity is between ages of 31-34. I am not lying. This is what they said. So for them to then just 2-3 years later talk about youth policy.. well it's bullshit. I think as many have said was just a reason to justify not buying players. the funny thing is, is that they spend money.. tons of it on shit contracts and a bloated 32 person squad. So it's not about the money I guess.. I really don't know what it's about???
If the youth policy existed, they never would have gotten Kaka, PERIOD. They would be playing with Honda, Verratti, Montolivo, Cristante, Poli, De Sciglio, Santon, Balotelli, Petagna, Niang, and El Shaaraway.
To me, there's still no plan. Allegri had NO plan. His plan was play defensive midfielders and defend tightly and hope to stay above relegation.

Rumours say Monaco are in talks with Robinho. A rich team desperate for offensive options now that Falcao is injured for the rest of the season. Sounds good to me. Robinho is of no use for us anyway. Take Mexes too!
