Hirin Pippo after Seedorf is not a 'plan' it is a wishing for the best thing. Juric has done well but what does he bring to Milan? The Allegri experience (coming from 'smaller team' Cagliari) had some merit because of his ideas (how they played and his coaching thesis) but even that was kind of B&G wishful appointment. Remembering how this team looked just few months ago ,makes it even more disgusting... THIS! We really need to stop sacking coaches and replacing them with the same/worse quality. We've had too many examples of that in recent years. And I would argue that Pioli was the same. Sacking Gattuso to hire Pioli was replacing a up and coming coach with a coach that never hit peak. Unless we're replacing him with quality, then we're better off keeping him and Juric/Allegri is not quality. RE: Milan Head Coach rumors - ACM1899 - 04-29-2021 Give me lucescu RE: Milan Head Coach rumors - Artan - 04-29-2021 Lucescu.. never thought of him. Good coach,... Ranieri might also jump in RE: Milan Head Coach rumors - Sampinjon - 04-29-2021 I cant believe that our boards are making same mistake all over again for years... Juric fits almost ("flaw" is not being Italian) perfectly into that profile. Mediocre who's been jester through his entire coaching career ,than he somehow "overachieve" for one season (being 8th with team which was supposed to be 10th). And ,of course ,he's cheap to hire. When conditions are all met ,our board starts their wild wild wet dream fantasies how "new star is being born" ,how there are "proofs of tactical brilliancy which corresponds with our vision" and "guarantees success for many years to come". Than ,of course ,it ends we all know how... We did that 5 or 6 times in recent years ,it catastrophically failed every single time ,and yet we remain persistent in repeating same doom. Seriously ,no intention to insult them ,but someone should go in front of our board and ask them "Are you folks retarded or what?" RE: Milan Head Coach rumors - Sleeping Giant - 04-29-2021 We should go all in for a established foreign coach this season. No more Italians for the job except, I don't think any Italian other than De Zerbi(not including Top 7 club ones). They have failed in every project they have been hired, eg - Parma, Fiorentina in recent years. If I talk realistically excluding likes of Ten Haag, Rodgers, and shits like Mourinho. Slavia Prague's Jindřich Trpišovský would be good candidate for the Milan job, they have been overachievers under his tenure being QF in Europa, giving tough fights to Inter and Barcelona in UCL, good track record in youth development. I gotta say he would be worth taking a risk and has a good attacking style. Talking about Juric, he has done so far decent with Hellas, turning a regular relegation battlers into Europa league challengers in two season. Did decent with youth development and has improved average players like Gunter, Faraoni, Barak into decent ones but his whole career has been below average as a manger(and also player ) so it would take 2 more season(imo) with Hellas to develop consistency and being 100% sure on him but he is a cunt.
RE: Milan Head Coach rumors - Sampinjon - 04-29-2021 We need to bring in dude who's coaching experience with CL is more than he only watched it on TV. Spalletti-ish type ,as Inter did. RE: Milan Head Coach rumors - Artan - 05-01-2021 @Sampinjon, do you speak of Conte as an experienced coach in the CL?

He might not won it or have any particular success ,but he managed to lead his teams to enter CL multiple times. It is ordinary ,routine job for him. Works under no pressure ,can calm players in difficult moments ,have positive impact ,etc... situations where our coaches became nervous ,unsettled ,consumed by fears of pending failure and what not ,which of course reflects on team and results in havoc. |
