Of course we could, mate. The question is, would any of their respective clubs accept it? I seriously doubt it.

I love Kaka, but he's not and has never been a Messi/Ronaldo level player. He's past his prime and to take him back because we've f*cked up everything else in the market shows our weakness. I wouldn't pay more than 15-18 Million for him but the truth is I wouldn't get him at all. However, with the current situation of the squad, who the hell knows what to do....

To say Kaka has never been a Ronaldo/Messi level player is wrong imo. Between 2003 and 2007 he wasn't just good for us, he was outstanding, a player who was creating, scoring and dominating games at will. His 2007 CL year was comparable to Messi this year. In the league in 2006/2007 wasn't great, but the team that season was really poor in the league. That said, if you look at his statistics in Serie A, he was always quite consistent with us, even in the final couple of years where he was suffering injuries much more often. Even in a Real shirt this past year, where he's been ruined by injuries and supposedly not half the player he was, his statistics are really impressive.

If, and it's a big if, we get Kaka back, I think we'll get a lot out of him, especially under Allegri and with strong teammates like Zlatan, Pato and Robinho.

I bet if that happens, every one on MM would put Galliani's pic in their avatars & change their signatures to Galliani's quotes like 'We rule the transfer market', 'We are Champions' etc etc .....

Real world doesn't work this way. Wink

You assumed that four teams will sell their players for peanuts, when they don't need to sell. Again, real world doesn't work this way. Smile

It is funny how some of u would rather have Monty and Aqua instead of Kaka. Like I said even if Kaka is 60% of the player he once was , he is still a far better player than Monty and Aqua as well as any current Milaan midfielder.

We agree to disagree Sagrin To say Kaka is anywhere close to Cristiano Ronaldo or Messi these past 2 years is a stretch. Kaka was never that type of scorer. He is lightning fast, clutch in big games, fast, strong, good passer, but not this. These 2 guys dominate games like crazy and Messi is best player I've ever seen (w exception to maradona maybe).

Kaka will improve us no doubt, but that doesn't say much. He's not the direction we need to go, although he may prove to be a bandaid.

In other news, I want to state that Jose Mourinho is a piece of trash. Watch this video from yesterday's RM-Barcelona game in which not only Marcelo try to break Fabregas' leg, his team then started a fight (oezil). Then, Jose Mourinho slapped Barcelona's assistant coach in face unprovoked. This guy is really disgusting. But it's to be expected from this club... Barcelona will always be the classier club.

What's even funnier to me is how some of you dwell in the glorious past and conveniently ignore the present facts that his "60%" was caused by his numerous injuries, and unless he's Benjamin Button, in all probability those are likely to happen again sooner or later, therefore reducing the percentage even more.

None so blind as those who will not see, methinks.

On the side notes, Elmago, Mou "just" tweak the ear of that Barca official and not slapped him. That said, I agree with you. That was a serious violation and I think he will be severely punished for it. Only this time perhaps he'll blame it on Greenpeace Grinundwech

Me might be getting a WC player...but it will not be a surprise..we have been blabbing about this for 500 pages. Sagrin

Don`t know weather he has impressed or we will not be getting anyone, but emanueslon is put a lot under the spotlight lately. Maybe he will be our mezzala next season. At least this article suggests smth like that

First of all, you can't judge because you weren't there. That Barcelona assistant coach could have easily said something provoking and it obviously wasn't caught on camera.

Besides, Barcelona a classy club? I lol'd. Well, Messi is classy, i concede that.
But besides Messi they have undisputed diving crybaby champions - Pedro, Busquets, Mascherano, Alves.
And also smuggy players with disrespectful speeches towards Arsenal and arrogant speeches about "how they are so much better than everyone else cause they play football and other teams only defend" (Think Xavi, Puylo, etc).

I am not Mourinho's biggest fan, as he certainly always been a d*ck. But if you are objective, it's really tough call which team is more annoying.
For me, Real has far fewer annoying players than Barca.
