Constant seems to have rejected a move to Napoli.

I will refuse to be held responsible for the reliability of those rumors. :d

1. Poor West Ham
2. Benchwarming at Milan, then London. I'd like that for the end of my career.
3. Can only think of one reason for him to reject it, after all he would get CL. He knows he won't play after a few training sessions.

And what are you talking about, Xu? You're the most reliable source for rumours we have Sagrin

RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Arildonardo - 01-23-2014

Other names I've seen mentioned from various sources:

Alvaro Vadillo, young left winger from Real Betis.
Davide Astori, apparently Seedorf is not a fan of Rami.
Blerim Dzemaili, midfielder from Napoli.
Matteo Darmian, former Milan youth player now at Torino.
Mirko Vucinic, replacement for the injured Pazzini.
Daniele Baselli, young midfielder from Atalanta.
Yannick Gerhardt, young midfielder from FC Köln.

Vadillo: who is he?
Astori: no thanks. not good enough, and brainfarts from time to time.
Dzemaili: no thanks. this guy is terribly inconsistent.
Darmian: no thanks. definitely not good enough.
Vucinic: good. I like how he plays (smart player), but I hate him (the person) and how he plays (lazy - yes, I know I both like and hate how he plays). to sum up, I don't want him.
Baselli: heard some good things about him. but still, who is he?
Gerhardt: who is he?

I am not going to be too sad if we don't get anyone from that list. Not that we would anyway.

Kagawa is non EU cant join ,now at least.

On paper G will beat his chest and say he got Kaka Rami Honda Essien for free...Im not against Essien the man but I am against a 31 yr old whose knees are shot a ticking time bomb.He hasnt had 2 games in a row since 2009 , he'd join permantly as he wants a release it would be for 1.5/2 5 years & hed definitely be on €2.5-€3 million another waste of money.

There is no plan its grab all the free players especially if they once were good. Its pathetic and will continue to fail.

RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Alan - 01-24-2014

Paletta and an old Essien.

there's not really much point in hoping for any real quality is there?

the answer to "who is he?" questions will be "someone on the last 6 months of their contract and/or available on loan."

RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - ACMILAN1983 - 01-24-2014

Paletta, Parolo and Essien are the most common names associated with us, which is just depressing (especially as to get Paletta we're prepared to give up Saponara in some form).

On the more positive, we've been linked to Eder Alvarez Balanta, a young River Plate defender. I've not actually seen him, but I know he's one of the most coveted young defenders in football today and have heard massive praises about his ability and potential.

RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Nalx - 01-24-2014

So instead of a loan, we're trying to buy Essien right away huh? That means after six months of what feels like an upgrade (because 99% midfielder will be an upgrade from Nocerino), I'm afraid we'll spend the remaining year(s) of his contract trying to offload him, a waning, expensive, injury prone player that nobody wants.

RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Jay Crisp - 01-24-2014

Essien if he will €1M in wage with tax is €2M €1M to buy him and maybe a €2.5 M wage for a year + tax altogether thats €8M..Jorginho €9M with 600K wage 22 good player will improve used to Italian football...the decisions they make add up and are a burden financially.

RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - am I Milan enough? - 01-24-2014

wow paletta parolo essienvomit, I hope tomorrow the market closes.
