I don't think that change of relationship status (if it is true) will have a negative impact on Milan, to be honest.

I think he will get better. His injury proneness was worsening when he's in a relationship, remember?

RE: Pato - xudong - 09-26-2012

Does anyone know what is really happening with Pato? I read conflicting news. One says that his return is delayed for another month; the other says that he will come back as scheduled.

By the way, Ancelotti just recently praises Pato and claims that he is the one that could take Milan out of difficult time. Let's hope that he is right.

RE: Pato - am I Milan enough? - 10-29-2012

He looked slim, fit in the last game, just like the one we saw years ago vs Napoli.

Hope he's resolved his injury & contribute soon. (available for Palermo trip) Smile

RE: Pato - xudong - 10-29-2012

At least he stayed healthy for one match, and that's an improvement (I know that sounds like sarcasm, but it is not :d). He still needs to play smart (he made quite a few dumb decisions yesterday on the field); and perhaps more importantly, he needs to score to regain his confidence.

RE: Pato - Mathias - 10-30-2012

Fans booed him during the game apparantly... Wow... just wow....
Why boo the one player who will be able to make a difference. The one top player you have left. As much as I'm a fan of urby, he's nowhere near the talent of Pato. SES shows glimpses of his talent continuously, but I 'd still rate Pato higher tbh.

RE: Pato - ACMILAN1983 - 10-30-2012

Yeah I read his agent say the same. I can't believe how idiotic our fans are sometimes. Either way it doesn't appear to have affected anyone thankfully

RE: Pato - xudong - 10-30-2012

I am absolutely with you. Booing Pato is the most ridiculous thing they can do. Angry

Quote:Pato: 'I'm alive again!'

By Football Italia staff

Alexandre Pato is doubly overjoyed at last night’s win over Genoa, his first start in eight months. “I am alive again.”

The Duck returned from a lengthy injury lay-off after a series of muscular problems and played 72 minutes of Milan’s 1-0 victory at San Siro.

“I am alive again,” smiled the Brazilian. “I played, I ran, I sprinted and I didn’t feel any pain. I am so happy.

“I like to play and to do well, so it was a very important evening for me. I was able to do everything and felt no pain, so I feel good.

“Unfortunately I didn’t manage to score, but I tried to help my teammates. I hope to score soon, hopefully in the next match.”

Stephan El Shaarawy found the net for a crucial victory, his sixth Serie A goal in nine games and a fine way to mark his 20th birthday.

“El Shaarawy is growing and is a great player,” noted Pato. “He is on the right track and I hope he can do very well at Milan.

“We struggled, but it was important to bring home the three points after recent defeats. Now we must forget all the other results and focus on the next game.”

Serie A Week 10 is a midweek round, so Milan are back on the pitch against Palermo on Tuesday night.

RE: Pato - Aficio - 10-30-2012

A part of Milan Ultras are just pigs. If they can destroy Maldini's swansong in San Siro, everything can happen.
