Chelsea costed £60m for initial takeover,and M.City £120m,PSG i don't know either ,but after that owners spent 2 billions(Chelsea) and 1 billion (M.City-£350m for debt),so,in spite of that,they maybe would pay more for initial takeover for the club where they would have less further expenses,or which have greater reputation.
But,for me,main question is not how much lower club can go,but how much club can improve under new owner.
Situation at this moment is far,far away from good,but if you would forced to make a choice - do you want ACMilan to struggle(even in relegation battle) few years more and than eventually had chance to go back to the top,or to immediately became average club with no chance to gain any trophy in next 50 years,what would you choose?
Ok the questions you put are rhetoric, but you don't know that we will eventually return with the administration we have the recent years. Who remember Cardiff? Who remember Nottingham Forest? Teams that made history and in the last decades have been disappeared. Yes I agree money don't bring immediate happiness in football but eventually... they deliver! We have been in our darkest moments some years now, we disbanded Milan Lab(which I believe was one of the biggest mistake), we abandoned the policy to bring big players, we don't even try a model like Porto, what we do? Nothing, we let players like Muntary humiliate us. We need changes, Basta was a very clever message.
Ps
The only clever move we have made the last years was the development of a new stadium, but it will take some more years I assume and guess what... money!

As for a Chelsea type owner, like I said before, if he existed he would have come forward not only already but before Bee. Because Berlusconi has those types of friends in high places, if any of them were interested they would have jumped to the front of queue as soon as Berlusconi hinted at a sale.
IMO: Berlusconi doesn't want a greater president than him in Milan history, so he doesn't sell Milan to any billionaire of his level (or higher).

I think the pressure to sell is not his, so in a sense you are right and wrong. What I mean is he doesn't want to let go at all for the reason you say but his family and company need him to sell ... and that might mean to almost anybody.

That sounds reasonable, reza.
However, I don't think Bee or an owner of his wealthy level will keep Milan average. Roma, Napoli, Lazio,... do not have a super rich owner but they perform very well. So a new way to manage the club is what I expect.
I don't mind if Barbara and Galliani stay. The woman is for the stadium and the bald man for introduction.

Actually, this might not be so bad. If his money is used for new players, than it is a good thing. We know that Berlusconi is a criminal, but at least he is a criminal we know.

Imho Bee has bought the minority stake but, when we'll back to win, Berlusconi is going to sell the majority stake to him.
He doesn't want to left as a loser. His EGO is so BIG.

I don't think that current administration can bring us back to the top.I was talking about future owner.I agree that club must change owner.I just don't think that Doyens are the best option for our future.Berlusconi is aware that ship has sunk and he's now trying to get as more as he can.Club is,at this moment,worth around 1 billion,but with this current handling that value would only decrease every year,so he is not willing to turn down this offer and wait for eventual other one in the future.
Actually i am wondering where our money went? Into black hole? We sold our best players in past ten years,like Shevchenko,Kaka,Ibrahimovic,Tiago Silva... That's lot of money.And we know that we didn't bought any players after that for large amounts.So,where is that money? We cut down players salaries and we didn't hire any players with extra large salaries,so where are results of that measures? We,as you said,disbanded Milan Lab,which also as result had some expenses cut down. It's like someone or something sitting in the basement and eating money for breakfast or what?
If Berlusconi invested in Milan in past years as much as he had invested into bunga-bunga and Morocco Rubby and Noemi Letitia and others we would be much higher now,i think.
