With a little help from Google, I believe Vincenzo Raiola seems to be Mino's cousin.
On Ely, I want to believe this is a positive sign. He's been signed until 2019 and bear in mind that he's been playing with regularity for 3 years now at Reggina, Varese and Avellino this year. I remember him doing well at Reggina and I believe he's had a good year at Avellino (less sure about how his time at Varese was, but seeing he played almost 40 games there, it can't have been bad).
Question is whether the club are willing to give space to him. If he has a role like Albertazzi this season, then it's a total waste of time (not to say I think Albertazzi had much hope). It also depends on the club's targets. Aiming for a top 3 finish is significantly different from aiming to win the scudetto. Ely, imo seems primed to perform a squad role for a side aiming for top 3 if he can live up to expectations, but I doubt he's ready to play an important squad role if the club aims to win, at which point you need certain guarantees from the whole squad and the young players have to be of extremely highly quality and ready to take on responsibility.
That also goes for others, like Mastalli, Modic and Di Molfetta. I'm not saying they aren't ready already to be in the squad, but the club needs to be certain of what they can offer and whether it's enough for the club's targets.

i know that verdi contract on co-own is up and we need to put a blind auction, but did the system of co-own finish?

Yes, Yesterday(Thursday) at 00:00 all deals had to be done.
There are no more Co-ownerships
