with what money? i think we need to wait till the summer for some money to be spent, hopefully Seedorf has a plan in mind and from now until summer can put them in place. I would be very dissapointed if we start next season playing crap football like we are.
Essien though not the solution will and should bring some quality, i mean i would rather some steel in the team that a fairy like Birsa or the pointless running of Nocerino.

I don't KNOW if we will be good with these players, but if we play 4-2-3-1 with pressing, moving, that Seedorf wants to play, similar to Barcelona, then we need to integrate SES and bring back Niang, who worked very hard last year on the wings. I think for the most part we have good players in attack, and all of the players who don't fit this above mold should be gotten rid of. Then, we need a new back line- completely. Not sure who, or what to do with GK, but it's obvious we need new players there.
My question is this. If the team is NOT fit. And if we have such bad players that Seedorf wants to get rid of (we will see if he actually does want to get rid of them). THEN WHO approved these shit players. Who approved Constant, Nocerino, Birsa, Matri, Emmanuelson, Traore, etc.???? Did Allegri want these players? or did he shut up and let Galliani choose? This must be known because whoever fucked up., needs to go.
My feeling is Seedorf won't let Galliani get whomever he wants, but time will tell. I'd be fuckin livid if I was Berlusconi that money was spent on such shit. Period.

This season can be used for Seedorf to evaluate what he needs and that is all.
As Elmago says, whoever spent money on those shit players needs to go. And that was Galliani, and that was the reason Barbara wanted Galliani to go.
But lets get back to the team. Without GK and 3, 4 great, young and fast player we dont have to start next season. If Berlusconi cannot pay for mercato then already in the beggining of the next year we'll know what do expect.
We have only ONE player that is able to make a difference, Balotelli. Kaka' cannot beat his man 1 on 1 anymore, aldugh he tries. Binho I will not comment so I dont get banned...
Elsha is a modern player, fast and direct. One more like him is needed on the right or in the mid if KAka'/Honda are to play on the right.
Defenders can all go, all of them. Brin in 3 young boys and lets play football.

well, Perin's agent is basically trying to force his client down our throat.
we should try to keep in mind that goalkeeping spots don't come around for big clubs that often. if Abiati goes then the new player will almost 100% be guaranteed as starter. That's a huge incentive for a young keeper as it's a position you get and tend to keep for a long time. unfortunately the other team that could possibly offer that is Roma who have managed to get every promising player that we might have got ourselves.

Essien is almost a milan player. I dont really understand this transfer, we'd better give Cristante a chance, he is the future, Essien is not.

I could understand this transfer if Muntari and Nocerino would leave, then it would make sense.
