RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - brasileiro - 03-26-2011

Yep, Lucas Piazon.

Better at Chelsea than at Juve if you ask me.

Lucas the AMD is still on the market. Hope Mano give a chance for him tomorrow at Emirates

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ACMILAN1983 - 03-26-2011

We've been linked to Sahin of Dortmund. He's German born, but of Turkish descent and plays for Turkey. Very technical and decent vision, he can be deployed in midfield or as a pure playmaker and quite frankly could prove to be a genius signing if we were to buy him. The guy's potential is very high, with him playing a key role in Dortmund and he really looks like a player who could become great as he has a good footballing brain.

He's shown a clear interest in playing in Italy and is very good friends with Boateng. On top of that, as he's not too well known or hyped, his market value is 12.5m euros though he actually has a buy out clause of just 6m. I wouldn't take him over Ganso, but definitely someone who will add a lot of quality to our squad and could fight for a first team spot imo.

Ok I got all confused there :$

I knew it was Piazon but I thought that was that Lucas who was so brilliant in the last South American Under 21 Cup earlier this year.

So that one, Marcelinho, looks very very good and that is why I was surprised it was "just" 8 Mio ...

I haven't seen much of Piazon then, so i don't know really if he is a bargain purchase for Chelsea.

Good to know Marcelinho is still available then Smile

Brasileiro, mate, which one is better??? I'm sure you've answered this question somewhere ...like a 1000x already :$

First off all, im glad that we linked with Sahin, he is a quality player, great vision, great passing ability, crossing and long ball ability, his tecnique is pretty good. However i have some question mark over him in Serie A, his defensive game is a question mark 4 me, but he is much better defensively than Pirlo. he runs a lot, another problem can be adjusting to italy, as he is born in Germany and played for Dortmund except 1 year Feyenoord adventure with his former coach.

He can be our deep playmaker or he can play on the left on midfield trio. its great that he has a buyout clause at 6 m euros.

i'd take both Ganso and him and play them together.

No problem, my friend.

Right now the better is Lucas "Marcelinho", the AMD from São Paulo. Performed at Brasileirão last year, was amazing at under-20 and is tearing up at Paulistao. Next step is perform at Brazil Senior team... Thats why I´m curious to see him tomorrow at Emirates.

But I´m starting to like what I´ve seen of Lucas Piazon. As I thought, the "new kaka" comparisson was clueless. The kid is a CF that can play as second striker... Amazing potential. But we need more the AMD than the CF...

Defensively I have some doubts about Sahin too, which is precisely why I said he could play as a midfielder rather than saying regista. Personally, if he was to come then I'd probably be considering him in a similar role to how we've used Merkel this season.

Anyway, for those who haven't seen him yet, this is the best video I could find...

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Kaka1899 - 03-27-2011

Watching the Brazil v Scotland game and Neymar looks absolutley superb, i wonder how much this kid is actually worth already because at 19 he is some player!

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - abbeyleemania - 03-27-2011

Neymar declared that he wants a Serie A move, though he said he is also happy playing for Santos or cant be a problem for him, if he leaves for another european top team.

Neymar linked with Juve and inter too much lately. But i see Chealse as the main threat for him as they wanted him strongly last summer.

i just read that Juve's transfer list consists of Neymar, Alexis Sanchez, Bastos, Peppe Rossi, Jeremy Menez(Also Zidane talk about Menez's transfer to Roma) and Poli. They also linked with Andrea Pirlo. it seems its gonna be interesting mercato for Juve considering they need 50 m euros to sign the likes of Matri, Quagliarella, Aquilani.

There are many great talents, Ganso, Neymar, A.Sanchez, Pastore, Mario Gotze, Lucas Marcelinho, Hazard...i'd take Neymar above all of them (or Pastore as second choice) if you ask me. His talent, flair, dribbling, pace suits more to low tempo of Serie A.

Regarding Nuri Sahin, i can compare him with Emre B, ex inter and Newcastle and current Fenerbahce player, Emre is defensively better, his pressing and tackling is better, he is stronger than Nuri, Emre is much more agressive. But Nuri offensively much better, he is more direct, his crossing, shooting, vision, tecnique is better.

This is why, Midfield trio can be like this,

--------------DM---------------
----CM---------------Nuri------

DM------Nuri------Boateng

With a strong team defence, it cant be a problem for us especially vs small sides.
