I don't disagree. But if I'm not mistaken those are the top limits. It's still better then no limit. The fees will adjust themselves with time when this is in effect. So agents will only expect 10% on those high profile transfers (think Pogba to Utd, where Raiola apparently got 25% of that sale price).

I personally don't think it should be a set %. 
I don't see why smeone like Raiola should get 10m for a 100m sale just for being an asshole to screw a club out of a few extra $$s
Maybe somthing this like would be a better idea.
10% and 3% for sales up to 50m. from 50-100 maybe 7.5% and 2% and 100m plus 5% and 1 %

Straight swap for Caldara?

Verona seem destined to lose Lovato to someone this Summer. Verona also gives Caldara an opportunity to maybe regain himself at a smaller( but good) club with less pressure and might be a good replacement for Lovato.

I don'y think it is a set %. It's still a negotiable figure. It just says the 10% and 3% is the maximum that could be negotiated.

Verona would be stupid to consider a deal like that. Caldara can't play, I'd value him at €0. Good deal for us though... If he suddenly was free of injuries it would be different of course, but I doubt that will ever happen.

It seems that Barcalona want Romangnoli.
Maybe we can swap him for Emerson.
