I think he says that in order to sign Fabregas we'd need to race with Barca which would only end up inflating the price and astronomical costs is something A.C. Milan does not want.
He goes on to say that Schweinsteiger is an icon in Bayern and he won't be signed.
I'm not sure about the Montolivo comment though.

About Real, I think their Canales is interesting. He is upset with his club. This boy have talent and is a lefty. His favorite position is ACM, but I think we can use him as LCM, too.
