What a sense of humor, or rumor making Big Grin

When you think about it, Mister X could be C. Ronaldo. Good hair, strong, can kick with both feet and a champion.

I know everyone's laughing at the loaning Thiago Alcantara idea, but what if we sign him out right? He would actually make a quite interesting Mr. X to me.

PLus berlusconi personally said he'd love to have him on the team, nothing bad was said by anyone on our team, plus all rumours died out hence could be a plot to take media attention away from that possibility.. but then again, real with out c.ronaldo and there big ambition to match barca at some point, would be really stupid to sell ronaldo because without him real would most likely be lucky to finish 3rd, even with all these big names not many of them preform to what there supposed to epecialy benzema and higuain, ronaldo and ozil are there only consistent players in attack and midfield who are extra-ordinary. mr.x could be robben maybe. I think ronaldo wouldd be a good solution but he wont help us have a fluent midfield in terms of keeping possesion etc, he'll just bag us a shit load of goals and our attack would be deadly but i cant see him playing in our formation at LM , also allegri ssaid he needs someone who makes runs into the box, well thats one of ronaldos specialties his driving ability.. anyways i went off on those post lmao so im done sorry just ronaldos my favorite player

Fine with me. The chance is high if Barca sign Fabregas. It is quite logical but still funny. I can't explain why Devilol

are you guys laughing at Thiago being our Mr X? has any of you seen him play this summer for Spain or Barcelona? I assure you guys, after a few months into the season you guys will remembering the time you laughed at him.... that kid looks like he's better than Fabregas and he's only 19!!! Kid is a phenomenon.... I would not mind signing him at all.... but I think Barca will keep him as they gave him Cesc's #4 Big Grin, paving the way for Milan to make their move for Cesc....

I would say the Milan - Cesc transfer raised from 0% to 1%....

If Milan gets Alcantara, it will be exactly like that Brojin deal between Roma and Barca. Loan for 2 yrs with an option to buy at 40mil. I actually think thats a great deal and these sort of deals might be a beginning to where clubs loan at their talented youngsters for 2 -3 yrs.

Milan won't do such silly deal. A loan for two years with option to buy more than tripple the initial fee? What a joke Roma made!

As for that kid, Milan don't need him if we really aim for success in Europe. We are not Arsenal who can wait for some years until the players ready to bring them to the next level of performance. We need players who can give us instant but continuously impact on our play. Especially for central position in midfield (as source of creativity in the team) AND the only creative midfielder (I don't count Seedorf).

I don't think Roma made a bad deal.
Look at it this way.

Brojin is an unknown even if he is a very talented player with great potential. Thus what do Roma has to lose.

A. If he struggles and can't make it into the first team for TWO years. Roma actually will gain 1 mil from having a useless players on their squad for two seasons while does not need to pay his wages.

A1. Since he struggles at Roma, it shows that Roma was smart not to pay for him TWO seasons ago, lets say he is around 15mil. Thus, Roma actually made a saving of 15 mil on a crap player.

B. If he is a solid contributor in Roma. I am sure both Roma and Barca will neg., a better deal than the 40mil. Since I doubt Barca wants someone who is just solid and okay in their attack in two years time, as Messi, Allefay, Pedro and Sanchez are all between 24-27, aka prime age while Villa is only 31. Given they don't sign anyone or promote any youngsters in the next two years. At the end of the day, Roma will probably end up with Brojin without coughing up 40mil, and lets say half of that. Yes, Roma might have to pay abit more than TWO years ago, but the difference is, Roma knows what they are getting instead of someone with great potential with chances of being a bust.

C. He turns out to be the next Messi or someone at the top level. If that is the case, then 40mil is a bargain. True, that Roma could have sign him TWO seasons ago with 1/3 of the price but as I mentioned in B, it is a risk as he is an unknown. While this 40mil is on a sure thing. You won't need to guess how he will bend in with new surroundings or performs in a new formation...

I really don't understand why you would think Roma made a bad deal in all of this as long as they have the 40mil to pay Barca in two years. As the only way I see Roma loses out in this deal, is Brojin becomes a great player and can't afford to pay Barca that 40mil.
