RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Jay Crisp - 07-23-2011 It's me tempting faith hoping it screws me ..hahaha RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Gabriel426 - 07-23-2011 Don't know why some of you want Cesc, since he has his hearts seton Barca, it is only a mater of 3 yrs max that he will go to Barca. On top of at, I am already annoyed about how Barca and Spain players kept saying Cesc wants to go to Barca........ And I am not an Arsenal fan. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Aficio - 07-23-2011 Juventus have bought Vidal for only 10.5M (+2M performance). Now they only need a LM/winger to complete the squad. I want this player. However, we have too many DMs. Both Inter & Juve are on the right track. One beer is not enough RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - WCmilan - 07-23-2011 Juventus did very well, i disagree that inter is on the right track because many of there players had huge performance drops and plus alot of there important players like cambiasso lucio maicon cesar are not even close to the year they won the treble.. so i think its safe to say inter are out of this i guarentee they'll qualify for cl and even give a shot at it next season, but i think our real competition is going to be napoli and juve, possibly roma.. I think galliani and berlu will suprise us with two big name players especially after they see everything juve and inter have been doing and other big teams like real and barca.. if they really want to win CL i think theyll invest, schweinsteiger and pastore would make a huge difference http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gX2ze6eYeI RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Hitman - 07-23-2011 even if we don't get Cesc (who is the ultimate dream), Pastore is not that bad of a Plan B... I dont know why I really like Pastore so much even though he is not very consistent some times, but something about his style and attitude I really like (reminiscent of Kaka I guess). I'd really like both here but thats just asking for the moon...... <--- that sentence I remember myself saying the saaaame thing when we were linked with both Robinho and Ibra end of July..... I was like theres no way we'll sign one of them let alone both! however in that case, they were both bargain deals... Ibra for 24 on 3 installments, and Robinho 18 on 4 installments.... pretty damn good..... Cesc we will have to dish out 37m (+ wages of 14m (before tax) and Pastore prolly 28m sounds reasonable plus wages of 7m before tax (which is like 6 times his current wage).. I dont think Milan can sign both of them this time. I think Ganso and one of the two is probable. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ACMILAN1983 - 07-23-2011 (07-22-2011, 06:44 PM)gregapenny Wrote: Cesc has allready signed for us. 5 years, 7 millions per year. He allready set yes to us back in april... Kaka is virtually a Milan player too, but his wages will drop. He will earn around 5 millions per year. Kaka is a strong desire of Galliani and Berlusconi, not so much of Allegri. Montolivo will arrive, he will be useful next year, when some of the contracts of our senior players run out. Maybe we will even get Drogba. Please don't take offence if I take your post with a pinch of salt. Although I don't think Fabregas was ever well beyond our reach, so while I'm not expecting him this summer, I wouldn't be shocked if he turns out the infamous Mr X. Actually, what really got me thinking was that Galliani literally said we have our Mr X identified around the time Barca officially announced the Sanchez deal. I can't imagine they'd spend another 40m on Cesc too, who I think it's fair to say is ready to leave Arsenal. Then of course there are the rumours of Raiola working on a deal for us London earlier this year etc. If Fabregas is our Mr X, then we've made the biggest transfer coup this summer, and have signed quite possibly the best midfielder we could have signed. However, one questionmark remains, as Galliani came out to say our Mr X is physically strong, not something I think of with Fabregas, although I do know better than to trust Galliani's words. Montolivo is still a player I wouldn't mind coming. He's never likely to be our Mr X and as you said, he's a player that'll be useful in the coming year when Flamini's, Seedorf's, Rino's, Ambro's and Van Bommel's contracts all run out. As for Kaka and Drogba, well I hope not. Kaka I don't think will return in all honesty, he's part of the past and isn't the same player as when he left. I do think he'll stay at Real this season anyway, as he's finally back to fitness and doing a proper pre-season. Drogba is over 30 and unnecessary, as he's really nothing like he was a few years ago. I understand the desire for a vice Ibra, but for me Drogba's not the right choice. (07-22-2011, 05:37 PM)Maltese Charlie Wrote: It is official!!! I thought signing Lazzari paved the way for Montolivo too. However, it could well be also Vargas that's leaving as Juve have been rumoured for him a lot lately. They're getting older, not really signing anyone (there's still plenty of time for this to change) and are currently struggling to hold onto their key players. Gasperini was a decent choice, but otherwise they've yet to do anything of note on the market other than signing Ricky Alvarez. Juve on the other hand are moving well. They've improved their fullback problems with solid if not great players. Their midfield is getting a massive upgrade. In Pirlo they've already got a key distributor to dominate play, which they seriously lacked in the second half of last year. They've gotten Vidal, who imo is a good upgrade to Melo, and as I mentioned above they're after Vargas for the left too. Add to this that they could get Rossi (or Aguero) and they're building a pretty strong team, especially when you consider Quagriarella is also back next season. I like the new jerseys and would love one with 'Fabregas' on the back, however, he'll have to find a new number as #4 is already taken ![]() RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - abbeyleemania - 07-23-2011 i read Dunga's interview on GDS. he makes some good points. -Ganso is slow but he makes run the ball. Ganso in italia cant play numer 10 because he is not rapid enogh to play that zone. But he could play at regista and can be the heir of Pirlo. -Pato needs to improve. -Lucas can be the real heir of Kaka... |
