RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - ACMILAN1983 - 12-28-2013 I read on Milannews Christian Maldini's gone on loan to Brescia. He'll be part of both the Primavera and senior set up there. Hopefully it's good experience for him. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Gabriel426 - 12-28-2013 My dream would be in 5 yrs, the starting 11 will look like this. Gabriel DES-Maldini-Ely-Santon Cristante-Jorginho Saponara-Mastour-SES On second thought, Lukaku Bench:Honda, Monty, Strusser, Merkel, Niang, Petnga, Santacroce, and CB. That should be pretty good. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Stitch - 12-28-2013 Damn that MilanLab..I cant believe whats happening. Now SES is out for another 10 weeks. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - Gabriel426 - 12-28-2013 SES out for 10 weeks could be a blessing for his career, dont want him to rush back and be Pato 2.0 RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - xudong - 12-28-2013 (12-28-2013, 03:42 PM)Gabriel426 Wrote: My dream would be in 5 yrs, the starting 11 will look like this. I don't think Maldini plays as CB. Can anyone please confirm? Unless you are talking about Paolo coming back at the age of 50, who by the way would still be better than our current guys. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - honsano - 12-28-2013 Interesting that Balo stories are coming up. Mino is talking his head off: http://www.thenational.ae/sport/mario-balotelli/possible-english-return-mooted-by-balotellis-agent? If he were sold, Niang gone, talking about loaning/selling Cristante and Saponara and the constant rumors around ELS....WTF are milan doing? Unfortunately since we have sold our good players in recent years there are always going to be rumors of doing that until we consistently put our foot down and do not sell them. Until then our past haunts our future with all these true or false stories. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - xudong - 12-28-2013 to say the least, Mino has no interest and no business in helping Milan, but of course this fat guy is just doing his job, brilliantly too. while I was lurking on another Milan forum, I saw this funny stuff. :d Quote:As PSG and Roma join the race for Radja Nainggolan, we ponder his options. Milan, Inter, Roma, PSG and Juventus. A good host of clubs each with their own prestige. Masters of Italy, masters of Europe and masters of oil. It will be a tough decision to make for the player. So, I thought I'd help him out. Let's look at his options. ![]() RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - ElMago99 - 12-28-2013 Strikers need a good squad to support them. Balotelli is NOT the guy to thrive with a poor midfield, poor coach, poor management, and overall chaos at the club. He thrives for Nazionale, surrounded by a coach and players he respects. He plays as a #9 and works hard for the team. He can do the same for Milan, and he loves Milan, but he needs to be surrounded with the proper squad. I agree he's not too smart, the IQ is a bit low, but he can definitely do well with a team of players he can look up to. Let's see what happens in january. If we have Nainggolan, Honda, Rami, the team already looks better. If he was here with Nesta, Gattuso, Pirlo, Seedorf.. My god he would be amazing, because none of them would take his shit and he'd be scared shit of them. I don't want to see SES, Cristante, Niang, or Saponara leave. We can get rid of Birsa, Silvestre, Vergara, Nocerino, Zaccardo, Amelia, Robinho, Matri. That's more than enough, why the young players too? "Only a Yes from Berlusconi left to get Nainggolan" http://www.rossoneriblog.com/2013/12/24/milan-nainggolan-only-berlusconis-yes-is-missing/ Obviously these guys have to arrive, but it seems we're setting up for this in January: ----------------------Balotelli-------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------- -------------Kaka----------------Honda----------------- ----------------------------------------------------------- ---Nainggolan------De Jong-----Montolivo------------ ------------------------------------------------------------- De Sciglio-------Rami------Mexes-----------Abate----- ------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------Abbiati---------------------------- I have no complaints about the above setup other than I want Montolivo in the middle, end of story. De Jong can play the role of Gattuso easily. Allegri won't try it but I think Montolivo is being wasted where he currently plays. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - WCmilan - 12-29-2013 Montpellier coach holds Niang in high regards.. At the end of the loan, they need to pay 10mln in order to purchase him. I think that's a fair price for him, and I hope they do buy him so we can use that money for someone else. Seeing as he's gone(for now at least), and Robinho maybe sold - it's likely Honda is Robinho's replacement, but I'm wondering if we'll be on the market for another attacker to replace Niang. Especially considering (at least I hope) Matri might be sold as well. @Elmago, that's a very reasonable and probably line-up, but I wish we'd buy both Hernanes & Nainggolan, I'd keep one of De Jong or Montolivo as subs because they really seem to conflict each other. Both players best position is the current position De Jong occupies. Would be nice to have such options. ----------------------------Balotelli(Muriel)------------------- ----------------Kaka(ELS)--------------------Honda(Hernanes) ----Nainggolan(Poli)----------Monty/DJ----------Hernanes(Monty)- DS(D'ambrosio)----Rami(Mexes)--Bonera(Zapata)-Abate(Poli)--- ---------------------------Abbiati------------------------------- I hope Gabriel will also be loaned out, I just don't think he's ready to be our GK anytime soon. I'd give him 3-4 years, but I do think Perin could be ready as early as next season, he's had a lot more experience and full seasons of being 1st GK in Seria A, but on top of all that he was always much more promising than Gabriel. RE: Winter Mercato 2014 - ElMago99 - 12-29-2013 I can't argue with the above lineup at all. I think Urby however is fine for LB backup, and I think we all know we would never buy Hernanes AND Nainggolan. Out of the question. And Muriel would also be expensive and out of the question. |
