It is honestly hard to believe how badly management screwed up the season, just unbelievable stuff. Conceicao is now playing with someone else's team, while trying to implement his ideas mid way through the season, playing twice a week. I am sure Furlani will still keep his job, because american owners can't get enough of the bankers they hire, that's for damn sure, but good lord what a mess this moron has made.

According to reports from Tuttosport (via Calciomercato), a heated exchange occurred between manager Sergio Conceiçao and striker Alvaro Morata during the halftime break in Zagreb. With Milan trailing 1-0 and down to ten men after Yunus Musah’s dismissal, Conceiçao made the decision to substitute Morata at halftime, a move that did not sit well with the Spanish forward.
Morata reportedly expressed his frustration openly in the dressing room, challenging Conceiçao’s tactical decision. The Portuguese coach, however, stood firm on his choice to replace Morata with Samuel Chukwueze.
I think its time to get the f**k out for Morata.

I would be more concerned if Morata was happy and not frustrated at being substituted. Of course it matters how he showed his frustration or what he said, but that we know little about. The right reaction from now on is to work harder and do better.
