That they employed a rookie manager for one. But most of all that the more experienced players they brought to the squad was not players that could help all the young players, they were instead players that already struggled at this level. This create a bad enviroment for the young players to grow and to instill a winning mentality.

IMO, a team like this need a strong regista and a experienced defender to lead them forward and help others in development.

Also mentioned (by someone else) that this moving players around between the first team, futuro and primavera hurt their development. and that being picked for the first team, but never played make them lost valueable game time. I have to agree that it is kind of pointless of taking up young players to the first team unless you plan on using them, which we don't seem to intend to do.

Completely agree. If the youngsters are lead by losers, they’ll become losers. We should have brought in a youth national team coach as well. They’d already have experience with young players. Bonera doesn’t have any

Yes def, look at Atlanta's U23 they are 7th in line for promotion and we are in line for relegation. Both of them playing their first season.

RE: Milan Futuro - sylrus - 10-19-2024

i dont know what the hard on with bonera since his playing days with us, he kept being picked, and now as a head coach for futuro, should pick someone better than him, i think this management is clueless on how to manage a club, the lion can only see the mirror as an old lion instead of overseeing the whole club

RE: Milan Futuro - Zio Fester - 10-20-2024

Fodo Ballo-Toure playing for Futuro tonight.

Futuro XI (4-2-3-1): Raveyre; Jimenez, Zukic, Bartesaghi, Ballo-Touré; Sandri, Hodzic; Fall, Zeroli, Traoré; Camarda.

He's back, no need to buy in January..

RE: Milan Futuro - Santino - 10-20-2024

Yeah and went to get a red card in about 70th minute at 1-0. final score? 1-3 and last place.

FBT is a legend.

RE: Milan Futuro - Zio Fester - 10-20-2024

Everything RedBird touch turns to poo. Futuro are rock bottom and lost tonight to a team who had lost 8 in 9.

In real danger of getting relegated which would mean the end of Futuro.
