I don't know why such BS rules even exist at first place. If someone holds dual citizenship/Passport, its his choice to that which nation he will choose to represent.

Definitely. English nationals are well known for being over valued and estimated. I would rather him play for England, put in some good performances and if we ever need to sell he'd surely get 80m if he gets the national team hype, maybe from Chelsea too

Awesome! I'm expecting him to further improve. I love that he's only 23 and far away from his prime. It'd be good to have him here for pre-season. It was getting old watching snails as CBs at Milan.
