They have it Programmed in Fifa 12 for Thiago Silva to want to leave after 2 Seasons. He was sold to Real Madrid on my Career Mode as well... Ridiculous.

I started Career mode again, but on Legendary difficulty. Damn this difficulty is hard though, it feels as though no matter how hard you focus and concentrate, the opponent will always get an easy, or just plain lucky goal. I'm still persevering and guess being 2nd 2 points off Juve isn't that bad (ironic given the real life situation), but it's frustrating as games feel scripted and there are times where my players just suddenly become retarded and unable to control the ball. Abbiati in goal is also a joke with him costing me more than half of my goals so far with silly mistakes like being unable to catch a simple ball.

I just started a virtual pro..and I'm getting his stats up so I can play him in a career mode. Virtual Pro is really fun. You start out with very average stats and have to do certain 'accomplishments' in order to boost your abilities. These include basic things like crossing near and far post..to dribbling 8 players in a single game. Plus, it's fun to play the game from another angle..although it sucks to see your teammates waste chances over and over again.

I've never really gotten into Virtual Pro, just tried it a couple of times tbh.
As for Legendary difficulty in career mode, I'm getting used to it now. There are still frustrations but generally I'm doing ok and keeping pace with Juve (they have to drop points sooner or later).

When I get my player's skills into the 80s overall then I'll go to career mode and do a couple seasons with him there. See if I can hold down a spot in Milan's lineup. Are you doing Player-Manager or just Manager, Dev?

Ah okay..and I know what you're saying about Legendary mode. The computer always finds a way to score some ridiculous goals. Either with some crazy dribble..or mazy run through the middle of your defense. That being said..there's some things that always work against the computer. I try to switch up my attacks though..so that it doesn't get too repetitive. Did you make any major transfers on the Milan team?

The biggest one was buying M'Vila to take MvB's spot, as physically I felt MvB couldn't keep up with the opponents. I also got Armero, who's decent, but at this point isn't a regular starter for me, though will be my LB probably. I don't mind the difficulty, but it's what seems fixed/scripted at times that bugs me. Like you said, the crazy dribbles and at times simply impossible to stop goals just get to me. I know I'm not a bad player, but the game is just fixed at times. Best example was Tommaso Rocchi (plays for Catania in my game) playing like Messi against me.

I find they made Nesta way too slow in this game. I'm Nesta's biggest fan but I find I have to bench him when playnig online because he's too slow. MvB is usually great for me though..no one can get past him. I play Abbiati; Abate, Mexes, Silva, Antonini(cuz Mesbah is crap);Boateng, MvB, Aquilani; Robinho; Pato, Ibra. I wish I could fit Nocerino somewhere because of his league form but I just can't find a spot. Taiwo was good for me on FIFA but they just updated the rosters and he's gone now. You have me itching to start a career of my own now. I'll probably start one in a few weeks.
