RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Jay Crisp - 07-10-2011

I just hope and pray there isn't an idea of trying getting 100 million for Pato & Silva.

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - fLame - 07-10-2011

Well I wouldn't buy Hamsik for 40 millions either, thats a very inflated price.
It doesn't necessarily mean that we don't have 40 millions on transfers.

If we do have 40 mil, I would send Galliani to London to work his magic at signing Cesc. Big Grin

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - #3Forever - 07-10-2011

Hey everyone I doubt you will remember me from the old forums. Wow it has been really slow recently but I found alot of news, all coming from Calciomercato.com
-AC Milan in pole position for Pastore http://www.calciomercato.com/english-news/futuro-pastore-il-milan-resta-in-pole-569296
That would be a great signing to fill our trequartista position but I really doubt that the price will be lowered significantly enough that we will be able to make a good offer for it. What are your thoughts on it but I think that Galliani will maybe get us some sort of deal Big Grin

-Milan will have Ganso or Danilo in January http://www.calciomercato.com/english-news/milan-a-gennaio-ganso-o-danilo-610503
I dont know which player I would prefer but recently I have heard that Danilo is on his way to Benfica so I dont know if he is a realistic option and we all know that Ganso wants to come to Milan. It will be a tough choice for our management

-Antonini to PSG Balzaretti to Milan http://www.calciomercato.com/english-news/antonini-da-leonardo-balzaretti-al-milan-524636
Even though we already have Taiwo there is always the chance that he will not preform in Serie A and if we do get Balzaretti we could play Taiwo further up forward (Our Mr X position could be a player we already have) However I dont know much about Taiwos play and therefore I dont know if that could be a possibility. I would love to see Balzaretti in Milan and I recall reading something earlier about him coming to us.

Based on this and past knowlegde and I think that for all of our targets we shouldnt pay more than this for them (In euros)

Poli- 5 million euros
Ganso- 15 million euros
Hamsik- 15 million euros
Pastore- 20 million euros
Balzaretti- 10 million euros
Danilo- 15 million euros
Aquilani- 10 million euros
Asamoah- 8 million euros
Fabregas- 30 million euros
I dont know what you guys think of those prices or even those players but I really hope to hear what you think

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Jay Crisp - 07-10-2011

Hey 3Forever whats up broski.
I myself would go with this
Poli- 5 million euros
Ganso- 25 million euros
Hamsik- 20 million euros
Pastore- 25 million euros
Balzaretti- 10 million euros
Danilo- 10 million euros
Aquilani- 10 million euros
Asamoah- 15 million euros
Fabregas- 35 million euros

That's how high i'd go , but certain clubs want more than double that. Also with Berlusconi having to pay over 500 million and Galliani saying the squad is complete doesnt look like we'll be seeing any new midfielder arriving.
Which is odd leave Pirlo go leave Merkel go and say we need and will sign a LM and another midfielder maybe a gift , to saying the squad is complete.Don't lie if they come out and say we have no money this mercato then I can say damn , but to tell me that we need no1 we are complete insults my intelligence that annoys me .
But we'll see what happens big spanner in the works though don't you think.

Poli for 10M is acceptable, Cesc for 40M also. Hamsik for 25M and Pastore 30M is still OK.

RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - LebRN - 07-10-2011

in yesterday's Brazil match, the player that most impressed me was actually......a paraguayan Smile

i think his name is Marcelo Estigarribia. He plays as LM and made Dani Alves look like a 2nd string FB....totally destroyed him all match long

has anyone seen him play regularly? is he usaully that good all the time? could he play as LCM?

He really impressed me too, totally dominated Dani Alves in every respect, physically, tactically and technically. Apparently, he was just as impressive in the opening game.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear about him more often after this tournament.

Can you imagine if Berlu actaully sold Milan?!? Imagine us being sold to a rich billionaire who throws money around like madrid or chelsea. Transfer season would be a billion times more fun!

Will never happen though. There's no way Berlu would part with us.

Believe me you don`t want that. During the weekend I have some free time and usually I follow Milan Channel. And now that we don`t have any games they show mostly documentaries from our history, and what a glorious history we have.
We have had rough patches but we have always bounced back and we will always be champions, because of our history, because of our management, because of Baresis,Maldinis, Gullits and Kakas....

Billions of euros have Chelsea and Real poured in the transfer market..and guess who are the most decorated teams of the last decade.. Barcelona, Milan and Manchester...What do all these three clubs have in common. History, prestige and great management.

Even more so that the FFP will take place in 2012, when the club should be self sustainable. Owners money will count for nothing if you do not have a successfully managed club.
