RE: Milan next Head Coach 2019 rumors - Codazzi - 12-12-2019 @reza Once being a legendary player of the team makes you a legendary ex player only and nothing more. I agree on that. However, Ancelotti is much more. If he didnt know how to train players, how come he won 3 CLs? Not to mention his domestic league titles in every single country. Players like speculative talking. Ibra hates Guardiola and that doesnt change Pep being one of the best managers alive. Sheva has nothing as a coach and Carlo is one of the elites. Besides, Paolo and Boban have already lost their credit on coach selecting, in my opinion. They are not in a position to present new ideas. Neither is Gazidis. Their new, innovative, modern and bold idea was Giampaolo and we know the story. RE: Milan next Head Coach 2019 rumors - reza - 12-12-2019 Good points but if a player can digress a coach can too, I don't think this is mentioned much. Wenger was super for Arsenal for example with innovative ideas but in later years he didn't adapt. Maldini, Boban are hampered by finances, that is probably main reason Leo didn't want to stay. We can all hate on Gazidis, deservedly, but Elliott hired him because a restructuring is needed before rising back to CL spots, they didn't hire him because they want to cut cost forever. The above paragraph might seem like I am defending management but I am not, I am actually not happy with Maldini going back to Chinese era and even before. I am just saying there are limitations to what they can do and that makes the choice of coach even more crucial. Especially as you agree they already made a wrong choice. RE: Milan next Head Coach 2019 rumors - mazen111 - 12-12-2019 Ancelotti not on Arsenal's list to succeed Emery 43 minutes ago 11:59 Arsenal are not considering Carlo Ancelotti for the vacant permanent manager's role at Emirates Stadium - according to ESPN. The Gunners do not think Italian - who was sacked by Napoli earlier this week - is the right fit for the post, which they are in no rush to fill. Several coaches have thrown their name in the hat to succeed Unai Emery, with Arsenal now in the process of narrowing down the list. to milan baby come over here RE: Milan next Head Coach 2019 rumors - mazen111 - 12-14-2019 # Top_Calcio_24 Talks were held between Maldini and Ancelotti in preparation for Milan's training next season.
