Ganso! Get over here!!! RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - sylrus - 07-05-2011 i prefer we get honda than ganso yes ganso might be better technically but honda has the advantage of asian market that will increase income to our club RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Ryo - 07-05-2011 More on transfers. Apparently we just signed another 19 year old kid from Porto for defense, and on a free transfer no less. http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2011/07/05/2562150/ac-milan-sign-fc-porto-defender-ricardo-ferreira-report Nothing on the official channel yet, but if this were true then our youth sector gets another boost once again. As for the Honda/Ganso debate: I'd prefer we get Ganso and win the CL rather than get Honda, and fail to win the CL and manage to sell a few more shirts. End of. ![]() The Asian market doesn't need to be boosted. AC already has a significant share in the Asian market. Thats why the Italian Super Cup is being held in Beijing for the next three years. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ElMago99 - 07-05-2011 OFFICIAL: FIGC CONFIRM RULE CHANGE AND ALLOW SERIE A CLUBS TO HAVE 2 INCOMING TRANSFERS NON EU http://www.goal.com/en/news/10/italy/2011/07/05/2561944/figc-confirm-italian-clubs-are-now-allowed-to-sign-two-non Excellent now we can buy at least another non EU player. Good thing they smartened up. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Siregar - 07-05-2011 Welcome Ganso.
RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - RIO - 07-06-2011 (07-05-2011, 05:16 PM)LebRN Wrote: seems they approved the 2nd non-EU transfer... I acyually had a Viudez sighting on the TV a few weeks ago. They were interviewing players from Penarol and Nacional (as they were about to play in the Uruguayan championship) on GolTV News and there he was. I'd never seen him when he was with Milan, so it was like seeing a Passenger Pigeon or something...a rare event.
RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Gabriel426 - 07-06-2011 Marcelo is a much better LB than Taiwo. If Marcelo is to play in Milan, I am sure he will be more than useful. As for Honda and Ganso, well, as great as Ganso is, he is not only missing piece of the puzzle for winning CL. Having said that, if I have to choose between the two, I would still choose Ganso. As for Milan in the Asian market/usually mean the Far East, they are pretty crap in it. I would say ManU, Real and Barca are at the top by a huge margin, then comes Bayern, Arsenal, Pool, Brinmngham, Chelsea and then Milan and Inter. Brinmingham is above Milan mainly due to it's owner, who is Chinese and got huge tides with the Chinese govt. Ever since he bought the team, he opened almost 50 football schools across China and more are coming. The EPL and German league got a wider appeal than Serie A teams are due to their match schedule as most of their games begin between 8-1145pm on Sat or Sunday night in the Far East, while Serie A games are usually shown between 130-4am in the morning. Last year was the first year Liga changed their schedule due to this and I can see them doing it more in the coming seasons. There are the odd Serie A game being shown earlier but due to it's marketing and lack of quality( not in terms of Football but the image itself), it has not been winning fans over. Another thing is that when other teams come to the Far East for tour, they usually have most if not all of it's Starting team but that's the not case with Serie A teams. I still remember that a couple of years ago, when Milan came to HK, instead of watching Sheva, Kaka, Rui Costa and Pirlo, I ended up watching Sheva for 40 mins, while his partner was Signori and his sub was Hubner. Funny you mentioned the IT Super Cup, as this year should be great due to the Milan Derby. However both Milan and Inter want to back out of it due to players playing in Copa, while the real reason is traveling. People really did not like that. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ElMago99 - 07-06-2011 I agree with Gabriel I want Honda too ![]() ![]() -------------------Ganso--------------------- Hamsik/Honda------------Boateng/Gattuso ----------Van Bommel/Ambrosini----------- Interchangeable midfielders... and YES! with the Fair Play Rule, income MATTERS and with Honda he will open us up to the Asian market, and most importantly he's a quality player (the next Park-Ji-Sung?) but more dynamic... |
