Napoli play Genk this evening, but multiple sources – including Carlo Ancelotti’s biographer – claim he’ll be replaced by Gennaro Gattuso no matter what happens. There are even reports Ancelotti could go straight back into work with Arsenal in the Premier League.

I wonder if he will actually come back. And, if he does, when... Do we wait till season's end to give him the job or do we get him in ASAP to work on getting the team sorted for next season.
For the record. I'd take Carlo as he is a better coach than Pioli... but I'm not sure he'll be our savior this time around.

You are correct. Carlo is much better coach but he couldn't do anything with our team
Honestly we need gattuso like enthusiasm but definitely the mind of Carlo . These young players need to love playing for their coach. No other way we can succeed

I am visiting this forum for the first time after 1 year of my membership. Just because Ive just heard about Carlo. I was finally out of depression when it comes ACM because we will finally have a great coach again, after Allegri.
Please Carlo, if you sign with Arsenal or with any other team, make it until the end of the season only. Lets start 20-21 together.
This is just great news and it can even be perfect if he doesnt sign for 1.5 years.

according to Italian outlet Repubblica, ancelotti the 60-year-old has his 'bags packed' for London and looks set to become Arsenal's new manager.
