The way Theo has carried himself this year, and more importantly the way he has performed.......I'd take that 80m very quickly.
There is no question this guy is top quality. We've seen it here in past seasons and we can still see it with France now (and on an occasion with Milan in big games - PSG for example). So quality is not a question. But I hate that he seems to have a careless attitude and his concentration can be atrocious at times (of course, concentration and attitude, seriousness...they all go hand and hand). It's the same problem I have with Leao.

Dunno, the whole team is underperforming and Theo is one of our 3 best players. We would take a huge step back in terms of quality, so I wouldnt be too happy if we sold him.
And yes he is not having his best season but we need to replace Pioli with a good coach and I expect the team to perform better, including Theo. And then he is one of worlds best again, maybe the best LB in the world.

It all depends on who (if) that money would be spent. If we are going to splash it on rejects and mediocres like we did with Tonali money - than no thanks, just keep Theo. If we are, for once, going to bring in true reinforcements, than sell.

The Top quality is there, but i think Theo need a coach with balls, like Conte, Mourinho, Ancelotti. Just sell to Real Madrid, and he will be the best in the world.
Just look at Grimaldo in term what a team and a coach can do to you.

Theo was at Real Madrid. Yes, he was young and not fully developed as a player. But he very much had the same issues there as he is now showing at Milan. Not a good sign when a 26 year old, that made great strides over the last 3 years, reverts back to his 22 year old self.
I love Theo, when he is ON. But he is not free of criticism. Nobody should be. And as I have said in the past...I can always get over the technical mistakes. What I absolutely dispise, is (careless) attitude problems. There are times this season when I've watched Theo and have thought, "is he actually TRYING to get sold"?
I don't know. Sometimes, a player's cycle at a club is over, just like a coach's. I am not claiming Theo's here is. But if we continue to see the same attitude the rest of this season, then we have to ask ourselves....does this guy even WANT to he here anymore? That's my biggest concern. Not his footballing ability. But his motivation. And if someone is willing to give you 80m for a LB that is no longer motivated here and doesn't really want to be here, then you have to consider it.
With that said, as Sampinjon said, the tough task of proper reinvestment starts at that point. But this is a question that can unfortunately only be answered after the fact.

I think that problem is not with the players, Pioli the idiot is problem. It looks like he lost the players' trust and that is why some players look uninterested, particulary players that are here few seasons and I mean Theo, Leao and Mike.

realistically all three of our top guns are underperforming this season. Be it Leao, Theo or Maignan. Which one should be sold this year?
my vote goes for Theo.

Might have to sell Maignan first given his contract ends in a couple of years. He can be easily replaced as just need solid GK.
Don't think any top club is after Leao. Nearly 25 and output is too poor.
