RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - HO-YOUNG - 06-22-2011 IMO Merkel should have stayed... out of all the youngster being exposed last season by all the teams he is the best... RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - xudong - 06-22-2011 @Reza: I agree. We should stop buying (or even considering) buying new attackers. Both Pato and Ibra have too much talent to be put on the bench; however, neither had really played up to his potential last year, not to forget the "chemistry" between them. Truth is, even one (any one) out of Ibra and Pato would have had Milan on his shoulder if they could be the world class player they truly are, so the issue is that Allegri should find a way for them two to work together. That would be sufficient. Buying new attackers at this point would complicate things and make it worse. We need to get more quality midfielders instead. The way I see it, we need an overhaul. And the earlier, the better. I am not particularly thrilled with that kind of last-minute purchase. To win big games, we need to play like a team, and not every new player can be like Nesta who wasted no time to gel into the team. We had lost a lot of points before Ibra & Robinho adapted to the team. If Benitez wasn't there, this transit season couldn't be so successful. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - abbeyleemania - 06-22-2011 We linked with Arthur Vidal from Leverkusen... 24 years old Box to box midfielder. According to GDS, We can make another Boateng kind of deal with Genoa...it seems 10 m euros offered. i rate him... quality player. He can play RCM, CM or LCM, even left wing back when needed. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Jay Crisp - 06-22-2011 And we are linked with Amauri 2 year deal 2.5 mil per annum , as a sub for Ibra .. Football- Italia source. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Siregar - 06-22-2011 Why do we need sub for Ibra? We have already many players ready to sub him. Which media actually started the term of vice Ibra? All our strikers are better than this average striker. If Drogba linked with Milan I could understand but Amauri? What we need players much better than Boateng to play as starter. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Kaka1899 - 06-22-2011 Astori is 100% Cagliari now RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Siregar - 06-22-2011 How much money we get? RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - abbeyleemania - 06-22-2011 it seems we got around 4-4.5 m euros for his half... Regarding Vidal, he is a quality player, and however costs around 10-12 m euros. Galliani denied him...if i remember correctly, i read somewhere he scored 13 goals and had 12 assists this season. Highest scoring midfield in German Bundesliga... Handoworking player, good left foot... He is modern player, he can play as left wing back, as holder, box to box... complete midfielder... He rejected Napoli, Also Bayern is after him. i'd like to have him at Milan, considering most of our CM's and DM's could leave or retire in 2 years or next season. He can play as left wing back when needed... i'd rather to see Milan spending 10-12 m euros on a quality player like Vidal, 24years old, proved himself at German Bundesliga, instead of 15 m euros overrated belgian kid named Witsel... i can see Bayern signing him in the coming days, him and Basti would great combo in midfield. im happy he rejected Napoli. i didnt want Napoli sign a quality player. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Aficio - 06-22-2011 Juve have just signed Matri, Quagliarella, Pepe and Motta. They really focus on Italian players. |
