He wouldn't be ready to play in CL anyhow, so it would still be better for him to first get himself grounded and established over a season in Seria A, by the time we make CL he has a lot more time to grow and be ready to actually put out a positive CL debut. Ancelotti and Pep might be great coaches, but Inzaghi was a great player and will probably became a great coach, that's still an opportunity for any young player.

You missed the point of my post, at Milan it's obviously easier to get into the first team if you're a good player or at least it should be. However, it's no secret that in recent years certain players get priority over others, regardless of talent or quality of performance, while young players with potential have generally been wasted or sold. Pippo might change that, but at this point it's far too early to tell and I'm not convinced it's the case.

On the flip side, Real in recent years have been giving space to younger players, such as Carvajal, Varane and Isco, as well as Morata last year (two are regular starters, one is a regular performer and the last was given almost 30 appearances last year, mostly as sub, to prove himself). At Milan, only De Sciglio and SES see much competitive match time. Milan, for a club that's apparently looking to build towards a long term project, the average age is 27.9, compared to Real's 26.4, Barca's 26.3, Bayern's 26.6 and Chelsea's 26.7. That's a massive difference and the only reason it's that low is because there are unused kids in the squad, like Albertazzi, Niang, Mastour and Van Ginkel (who isn't even Milan's).

As for CL, no player would pass up the chance to experience the CL with a club that's capable of winning it to play for a team that isn't in it and isn't certain to get in it in the near future. As for having the chance to work with Pippo or Carlo or Pep, you really must be joking that Pippo's the more attractive option. Pippo was a great player, so were Ancelotti and Pep, all of them have won pretty much every trophy out there, the only difference is Pippo's got a World Cup to his name, whereas the other two haven't. In terms of coaching, you're talking about two coaches who have won literally everything at club level, in multiple countries and having created some of the greatest sides to have played the game, compared to Pippo whose coaching CV is Milan youth teams and a few months with the senior side.

Look at Casemiro as an example, he 'won' the CL, I hardly think anyone will call him a CL winner anyways, and now he's shipped off to Porto, I'm sure at this point he'd rather stay at Porto.
