Yeah, just take him back. He is good, better than Castillejo but he is not yet what we expect from him, to fight CAM spot. He still even got no success playing as CAM.

Come on now. Just because he scored a couple of goals from midfield it doesn't mean he should be turned into a striker. He's a holding midfielder through and through. I don't think he's a box-box even if he scored a couple goals. But striker?
He is definitely more suited to the Kessie-Bennacer role. Hopefully he keeps growing this season and can then replace Krunic in the squad next year.

But if he can consistently do what he's been so far doing (except Lille), then I would definitely explore the possibility of signing him. Of course it will all depend on Real and even if they are willing to part ways, how much will they want?
We'll see what happens. But I'm very happy with what I've seen from him so far.

Pre-agreement in November is not possible it is not even legal, even if they say 'yes' on the phone it doesn't necessarily mean much. It's like saying we definitely had Bakayoko because he said yes...how did that turn out?
Like I said before it is pity if Maldini and co will have a CAM headache too. His agenda is full with LB, CD, RW, possibly Ibra replacement.

Yeah, I agree with you. I am happy to have this in our team. He is able to play all the three positions upfront. I don't judge his quality overall, only stated that he has not performed what we expect from him.
If Real really doesn't want to sell him, we won't lose since he is not yet a special players. There are a lot of options out there. Just to underline our position.

I am talking this after watching him in Serie B and now in Serie A, C'mon he can used as a striker, his eye for the goal and Instinct is similar to a Poacher. I remember Kimmich switched from LB and DM and we all know he did great there and Bale was a LB in his early days.

You have absolutely no idea what you’re talking bout.
He was really good in the few minutes he played with us in pre-season. He did really well from midfield in Serie B that a few top clubs even bid 5m for him such as Udinese. He’s already scored more goals in Serie A than our midfielders this season, including our #10 Hakan, and they’re fighting for relegation while we’re top of the league with 5 wins and a draw, scoring an average of 2 goals per game.
You want to move to striker? Based on his two goals from CM - 1 was a deflection and 1 was a finish from a late run into the box like a typical midfielder? Why not instead of Krunic, who he seems to be much better than at least in a midfield two. I really had hoped that this season but when I saw Pobega went on loan, I was certain Bakayoko was coming because there’d be no way we’d stick with Krunic over Pobega after what I saw in preseason.... but they decided to develop Pobega at another Serie A club (should do the same with Gabbia) and bring him back next year more refined.
