Our mid is slow uncreative lethargic and old.
It needs to bedfast creative and young.Will that happen I doubt it , as I fully expect next year we'll have the same mid as this .
Renewing Ambro Rino Seedorf V.Bommel , it's they way we do business keep what we have and lie in the media.
While I dint expect MGT to publicly say we are old and slow and uncompetitive in mid , it does annoy me when the owner says we are better than Barca.
Better than Barca 10 dropped points out of 20 says otherwise .That's a failure rate of 75% Leece esque.

ManU can afford it, so why can't we? ManU are inserting youth every year, AND challenging for the title every year. We should have kept Merkel and Strasser imo.

Put it this way, yes, Milan won the league last year but was it down to 1 superstar signing? Thus, then you add in the 6 mil for Aqua, and Milan pretty much spend about a few mil more than they would now.
It seems to me that vidal,inler and jucelei will play for free.
by the way,if gatusso wants to leave for anzhi, we won't say no.truth is nobody wants to leave milan,just remember how we get rid of kala and janku.With current midfield,messi can't win us CL,but 2007's kaka can.we have a compact backcourt tight just as 2007 CL-winning team,our midfield is not good enough to controll the game,but they are well capable of lock the game up.imagine what a 2007's kaka and a torres pair will bring to us.
We can beat barca with vidal,inler and jucelei in the squad? I think they still gonna controll the tempo whenever they want,and a van bommel,nocerino and flamini midfield will be more useful against them.

Hold on a minute. Milan wanted Gattuso to stay in the summer, but if they actually use the money receive from Gattuso and say get a player like Vidal, I am sure Gattuso would be playing in Anzhi right now instead of in Milan Lab.
As for Kaka in 2007 and if Mess comes in Milan today. You really can't compare the Milan from 2007 and the Milan now. I think the back four and GK is pretty much the same but the backs in 2007 is better than they are now b/c of Oddo. None of the current FB can do what Oddo did in that 6 months in 2007. While Cap might not have the consistency of Silva match in and match out, but in CL 2007, Cap was amazing.
The midfield of 2007 might not be as good as some other teams that year but when it comes to CL they got the job done, something you really can't say about the current midfield.
When did Torres ever played in Milan? Even if he is playing for MIlan today, he still won't be as effective as Ibra or Pato.
I never said having guys like Vidal, Inler and Jucelei means Milan can beat Barca. What I said was, they will probably be starter to Milan even if all mids are healthy. Also, having those three does not make Milan into a force like Barca, Real, Bayern, Utd and City but at least they would probably help closes the gap more than Aqua and Nocerino. On top of that, I think those three will probably help Milan get more points in the league than 5 in 5 games.

What we are arguing is the team-rebuild policy in limited budget here,your vidal plan is to build a team to win in serie-A,while my MRx plan is to win in europe,especially prepare to battle barca.
I think our management has made their transfer plan clear by what they did or attampted this summer,and it shows purpose,sense and flexibility .even moggi approved our effort on the market.
Nobody can forsee such large injury strike, shit happen in football,that's the beauty of it.I won't blame the management for 5 point in 5 games,I complain our financial situation.

Yeah, yeah. You're right!
At least we know now that this crappy performance cannot be continued. I'm looking to our next games; the easier path than our first fixtures. Let's see what we can do, and hope that in January comes someone or two.

I'm surprised that people are so panicked when our team has one of the worst injury crises I've seen since being a Milan fan! There was no way we could have predicted that we would have such a long injury list. Maybe if Robinho and Pato were fit then we would have been able to create something more in attack against Juventus. It was a poor game but we're still only 6 points off the top and the season is young. When everyone is fit again, I expect that we'll return to the top again. Not saying that we DON'T need reinforcements, but it's not as bad. Seedorf played some good games recently so I can't fault him for one bad game. What's the situation with Ganso anyway? Are we still up for him in January? I haven't really been following the rumours..just watching football and playing FIFA

Nice to read your post, it's one of reason with widespread panic across all forums. I'm not exactly confident with our side at the moment, but certainly I agree we should certainly improve over the course of the season.
As for Ganso, rumours seem dead since he got injured again.
