xudong: I don't know if now there exists a loan without option to buy or without co-owe wanwnership. I never read such news regarding pure loan. If we want to do Julio Cesar's route, it should then be a loan with co-ownership deal.

Van Bommel when he joined Milan wasn't a player I particularly liked because he was dirty. However, De Jong's on a different level, not just dirty, but dangerous as well. He shouldn't be playing football and I hope he never comes near us.

I second this.

RE: Summer mercato 2012 - Aficio - 06-24-2012

I was one of a few who supported van Bommel's transfer to Milan. But De Jong's? No. It crosses the line.

Well i was against Van Bommel, but after a good experience with him, I don't se why we couldn't have the same with De Jong

I am sure there is. I know there was.
I was against van Bommel transfer. I am glad that it worked out in the end, but I am still against De Jong's transfer. Big Grin

Van Bommel has:
+ Leadership
+ Matchreading
+ Passing
+ Longshot
+ And none can deny his world class status.

Both players foul a lot but van Bommel's style is physical oriented (especially suited for Bundesliga) while De Jong's is quite barbarian. Of course, it makes him look intimidating against opponents, but it also risks cards and club's image.

RE: Summer mercato 2012 - Nalx - 06-24-2012

I really think Berlu's private parties and Galliani's comments are more detrimental to the club's image than de Jong's no prisoner taken approach, but if we solely talk from football point of view I think we can safely say that van Bommel offers more than de Jong. And that's the reason why I think buying de Jong won't be a good business.

RE: Summer mercato 2012 - WCmilan - 06-25-2012

Happy after we taught england how to play soccer today, although we won in penalty shoot outs we destroyed them in every aspect of the game other then scoring. So, Diamanti is a good player, imo would be a good addition if we were ever interested and again wow, what a player De rossi is.

Nevermind de jong, strootman sahin none of them, imagine de rossi sadly though it wont happen

I'm not against de jong, id be happy if he came idc if he plays rough there is no denying he's an all around midfielder, hes good at passing shooting defending attacking, not slow by any means, wouldn't say he's very fast but he has some pace about him he'd be a good signing he has no very strong points, but he has many class points about him and his play (other then his barbarian like challenges at times)
