RE: Summer mercato 2015 - slifersd - 05-22-2015 Better 1m with bonus to a 19 year old than 3m a year to a 35 year old, like we always do. Mauri is the exact type of players we should be investing in. Young, talented and have some level of experience too. Now, of course, given our track record, he might not make it as a starter at all, but it is still better than investing 3 million a year in Muntari. RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Jay Crisp - 05-22-2015 But the Milan issue , is...will he even play RE: Summer mercato 2015 - somedevil - 05-22-2015 Depends on who the coach is. Given his history I don't see Ancelotti putting much faith in the Youth. RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Jay Crisp - 05-22-2015 Neither do I , but I doubt Ancelotti takes over.Even if it is a Sarri or Donadoni they'll realise fast that these players think "Im at Milan I'm a superstar" and they won't have the fight and work ethic that say Empoli's do.Finishing mid-table at Empoli (just using Sarri as an example) is a huge success , at Milan the expectations are sooooo much bigger that coaches will realise I cant try the kid and watch him grow ...results are expected now not later , and then the same old players get the nod.Look at Suso he is clearly very talented but needs competitive game time not 3/4 appearances totaling less than 90 minutes every 5 months. RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Arildonardo - 05-22-2015 "Milan after Jose Mauri, Missiroli" http://football-italia.net/66768/milan-after-jose-mauri-missiroli Quote from the article: "Milan are also being linked to Sassuolo midfielder Missiroli, another young Italian talent who impressed with his club this year." I checked Wikipedia and found out that Missiroli is 28 years old... Young Italian talent...
RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Jay Crisp - 05-22-2015 He's 29 tomorrow hahaha ..but lets thats young for Milan RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Arildonardo - 05-22-2015 (05-22-2015, 11:37 AM)Jay Crisp Wrote: He's 29 tomorrow hahaha ..but lets thats young for Milan Ah, even worse... I didn't notice the date.
RE: Summer mercato 2015 - reza - 05-22-2015 Latest is 40 million for Dybala Very over rating the guy. Berlusconi is probably using 'big transfer' name and Ancelotti's name for election purposes too. RE: Summer mercato 2015 - xudong - 05-22-2015 (05-22-2015, 11:37 AM)Jay Crisp Wrote: He's 29 tomorrow hahaha ..but lets thats young for Milan Not just for Milan. In Italy, everyone is young talent before they hit 30 - true on both "young" and "talent".
