Henty seems talented too but he is a bit old compared to other players, born in 1993 and he just joined Milan (probably directly from Africa) which concerns me about his football orientation (if it suits to European style) and his mentality. Other thing could be problem is that he could look great due to his type of play (African type of players who are generally fast players compare to European ones) and of course that he is just 'old' then others (same year of birth with Ganz).
From our Primavera, I still have more hope in Kingsley Boateng (who was really class talent before he got long injury) and Petagna who seems a striker who is developing continuously and more as a team player. Along with Cristante, they are top talent IMO, much better than Carmona, Valoti and Ganz.

I do have high hope in Kingsley Boateng too, but I am not even sure if he has recovered from that year-long injury? He was great in the pre-season friendlies.

That's the big concern, top performance by very young player and got long injury.
He scored in recent game I think, hope he can recover. He was biggest talent from Allievi who scudetto two seasons ago along with Cristante, Petagna and most of Primavera players this season.

or that 15-year-old who cost Milan half a million, Hachim Mastour. Even without Pato, it does seem that Milan has some good talents upfront.

It is one of our biggest talent from very young team. From what I have read, it seems we have many big talents from Allievi not like our Primavera right now (well, actually Cristante, Petagna and Kingsley are all of them Primavera players, they are coming from same Allievi with Pacificio, etc). There is also Vido and other Arab or African forward (I forget his name).
What we need now new generation of great CB. We still do not have it now and I am not sure if there is from Primavera or Allievi. I know, I can not just satisfy what we have now, which is already very good compared to the couple of season.
I read on other forum saying that Berlusconi will focus to buy players under 22-23 years old. This is good path IMO if we want to rely on ourselves, not from Berlu's pocket. There should be also exception if there are senior players available there (cheap, free transfer and very good quality).

Apparently we'll follow Bayerns "rules" on how they run their club, even though they are rich bastards.
Which means three things.
1.Developing our youth players.(more then half of bayerns team is from their youth team)
2.Buying future champions at 22-23 and under.(bayern also bought some of their players at this age and they exploded with bayern.)
3.Buying a couple of "champions". (Ribery,Robben on Bayern is an example)

I just checked the website of Allievi Milan, now I am not sure whether it is Ramadan or Yaffa. I think Yaffa but I might be wrong.
