Looks like Bakayoko's entourage is set to meet Leo and Maldini in Casa Milan today. I wouldn't be shocked if it's pretty much official before the end of the day.
On SMS, latest rumours are that United offered 100m, but Lotito is waiting for 120m and is hoping Real make a move if they lose Kovacic and Modric (and Ronaldo already). If Real make a move, I think we're screwed because they'll be able to offer 120m straight. If not, then I think our chances aren't bad, I think Lotito would be prepared to relent on a 40m loan with option. Bear in mind in that scenario he pretty much wins either way, as either we get SMS for 120m total and he gets the money he wants, or in a year the player returns to Lazio and he can resell at a ridiculous price anyway.
Things on Rabiot have gone very quiet suddenly, not sure what to make of it. Draxler's the other name being mentioned, but if I'm honest I'm less keen on him, not totally sure why but a part of me has never been convinced by him.

Borini's value :
- can play as a poor/average RB - 2.5M
- can play as an average right winger - 3M
- can play as an ineffective left winger - 2.5M
- never complains - 2M
=> 8 to 10M at best
Lazio will have a need for a RW (Nani left) and/or LW (Felipe Anderson left).
Borini is perfect for them.
That adds a 4M extra-value.

Bakayoko's loan option would be 30-35m total. I would guess quite a bit up front. If that's the case then he isn't going to the bench

It is option to buy, his role could be sub or starter. Option should mean, there is still doubt about his quality.

No ... an option for us in our situation just means we can't spend too much money, have to be careful, get a player here and have one year to negotiate if we really want to buy the player ...

LOL just like Bacca's previous club, who are willing only pay 8 instead of 15 mil euros, figures that were already agreed by both clubs.
Anyway, Bakayoko could be starter if he could replace Biglia in the center of midfield OR just like you mentioned before, he will be starter in 4231 formation.

Exactly like Villareal, they just played it hard because they know we have to sell and they wait the whole summer. I'm sure we will sell him to Villareal in the last few days of August ...

How much Bacca earns? It is much better if we sell (loan) Silva if that club's offer is still around 8 mil euros. Bacca will then take the sub role for Higuain competing with Cutrone.
Bacca should score more sorrounded by SMS, Rabiot, Hakan and Suso.
