Am I the only one who doesn't want Messi here? Don't get me wrong, I know he is a magnificent player and one of the best to ever play the game. But at his age, he won't have time to grow with our core. He basically has to come and we have to sign a bunch of 30 year olds to challenge for titles right away, similar to what Inter is doing now with Conte. I would rather we grow this core and add a couple of pieces to it each year before eventually making a big signing or two to put them over the top.
