Thanks Dev.

Renewal is good, no secret what I think about co-ownerships though Big Grin

That simply shows the lack of confidence we have in him. Facepalm

RE: Primavera players - Siregar - 08-20-2013

I understand that giving the option to buy half of his contract means we might not trust the talent of the youngster 100 percent but that is the case with many young players except very good one especially wonder kid.

If we had Boateng two season ago without injuries, he might already end up in our first team player playing alongside El Sha and Balo for right wing forward. Boateng now should be not the same like two years ago when he was just called up from Allievi to the first team. He had long term injuries.

If we see the deal, we still don't give the half of his contract directly, only giving option to Catania to buy half of him. Some of our players go on loan like this, they are the more talented players.

I see the disadvantage of co-ownership but I still with my thought that the co-ownership is the fair deal for both party except for special case like wonder kid or extremely talented players.

Apparently Hachim Mastour played for Italy U16 and did pretty well vs Qatar.

6 Milan players in Italy Under 17 squad:

Giovanni Crociata, Patrick Cutrone, Ivan De Santis, Gianfilippo Felicioli, Andres Llamas and Manuel Locatelli.

Couldn't see a more relevant thread, but just thought it was worth pointing out that out of 7 youth sector matches on the weekend, 6 were won. Only Brocchi's Allievi lost 2-1 to Cremonese.

How is Fossati doing this season? Anyone seen anything from him?

RE: Primavera players - Mystik - 10-16-2013

I think he started for the U21's..but that's all that I know about him really. Maybe someone else can add more about this..

RE: Primavera players - ACMILAN1983 - 10-17-2013

So the primavera beat the senior side 1-0. I don't ever remember this happening before, so I won't lie the result is a massive shock, both concerning and positive. It's nice to know our youth have talent and are capable of playing at the senior level. Let's not underestimate this by thinking the senior side wouldn't have been intent on winning, as Galliani had just spoken to the squad and the unnacceptable position we're in before training. For me personally, it was also nice to hear Christian Maldini played for the Primavera, as I would love to see this kid in the senior squad in the future (a little biased I know, but it's hard not to wish when you know his family's history).

As for concerns, if the senior side are now losing games to the youth level teams, then we're in serious trouble, as this side only seems to get worse. I don't want youth players to be picked out from Primavera either this season, as I want them to work in peace and be allowed to grow naturally.

I'm not sure whether to be happy or sad.

Just when you think losing 0-3 to French second tier team is bad enough, now they were defeated by kids too.
