RE: Summer mercato 2012 - WCmilan - 06-09-2012

Galli wins some and loses some.. when he DOES spend money he's had more bad transfers then good, when he spend little or no money on a player they end up good deals - but then again some were good deals simply because we wouldn't have lost much if anything anyways (nocerino, emmanuelson)

But then theres the big names that became flops that we try to revitalize on freebes but they carry hefty wages, mexes could've been avoided and we could've signed ogbonna for half wages on a 4 years and with the 10-15mln we spent on him in those 4 years we'd either 1) make it back or i should say save it from the difference between mexes and his wages or 2) he'd live up to expectations and we'd make a big profit on him

On the other hand, of this al maktoum guy comes into play we can put an end to this crap and our next complains will probably be why we bought neymar instead of ronaldo or something like that.. just kidding but you know what i mean, it'll be good if he buys that 30% because even if he doesn't spend berlusconis made 2-300million euros and still has the major authority, i would be really disappointed if he didn't put that 300mln towards the club

Makhtoum is apparently not interested in any stake in football.

It was all just a rumour.

When are you all gonna realize that the football media world prey's on all your hopes with these "reports". They're 99% fake most of the time. You go to their website and they make money off you. That's why these stupid rumors come out of everywhere and anywhere.

I didn't believe it to begin with, so I am not disappointed at all. Sagrin

Well when times are like this for us where we could end up a mid table team in the future by not spending and with FFP and having no stadium and no significant income to produce more money then our current state to cover our losses + have money to spend on players and wages .. we all get carried away with these rumours i guess, now since this al maktoum stuff is pretty much a whole rumour,
lets hope us not being able to spend was a rumour as wellBig Grin

Ah well, my main focus is currently off of our transfer campaign, and on the euros right now and specifically Italy, after that hopefully our management takes more interest in the mercato and signs some players im really interested in seeing montolivo in the euros, its the only major competition to see him play in before the season starts for him with us.. We could get a better understanding of what he'll provide for us, while im also interested in ogbonna (and i hope abate really steps up) international competition is really imo the kick start to any players career, abate lacks big game developement, while he plays good -sometimes fantastic against the medium/low class teams in seria a in CL he's questionable at times but not bad - and I think if he were to preform great like we've seen him in some games on the big stage and got more media attention it would boost his confidence, but then again if antonini played like he did against barca we'd have a WC left back.. they are both iffy players. id like us to invest in a LB, balzaretti is kind of old.. i dont mind us having a 30,31 y/o player on our starting line up but as long as we don't buy them or sign them at that age, that i find stupidity

I really don't think Italy will do well as it is a pretty bad squad. The one ign that has it going for Italy is the year of Blue. As Chelsea, ManCity and Real all won a trophy while wearing The color Blue. Then again, I think Spain wears Blue too.

About to watch Holland - Denmark, which reminds me that Eriksen's agent said he'd love to go to Italy according to Milannews. Wouldn't mind having him if at all possible Big Grin
